The new Daoist Temple established here by Qianmu Temple was located on a sun-drenched southern peak. Its main gate was set halfway up the mountain, a measure to prevent mortals from disturbing the Cultivators.
However, it wasn't completely cut off from the secular world. Mortals could follow a small path, a journey of about a day on foot, to reach the main gate and enter the Daoist Temple. Most of them could only see the front hall, which was where the outer sect disciples trained. To reach the Inner Sect, one had to continue further up the mountain.
But for now, the Daoist Temple had very few Inner Sect Disciples. The Inner Sect's buildings consisted of just a few disciples' courtyards and training rooms. The courtyard with the richest Spiritual Qi was a Dao Field deep in the mountain forest. It was surrounded almost entirely by Spirit Wood and had an Inner Eight Trigrams Spirit Gathering Array.
