Renee Jennings answered the phone, her tone neutral. "Hello."
On the other end of the line, Evan Griffin sounded urgent, yet he remained polite. "Miss Jennings, hello. I'm Evan Griffin, the head of Tiger Park at Zenvia Zoo."
"Is there something I can help you with, Mr. Griffin?" Renee Jennings asked.
Hearing her ask, Evan Griffin got straight to the point. "Miss Jennings, I know this is sudden, but I'm calling because there's an emergency, and I was hoping you could help. Is now a good time?"
Renee Jennings asked, puzzled, "Is it serious?"
Evan Griffin's voice was grave. "Sabin has suddenly started self-harming. The zoo's animal psychologist tried to communicate with him, but it doesn't seem to be working..."
