Chapter 101 - 101

Sienna smiled faintly after hearing Mirella's excitement, but instead of sharing in her optimism, she gently shook her head. "Grandma Mirella, I'm not planning to raise that many fire fish just because we can. A precious jewel remains precious because it is rare. If someone scatters pearls across every road, people will eventually walk over them without even bending down to pick them up. Fire fish are valuable because few people can obtain them. If we suddenly flood the market with thousands of them, wouldn't we be the ones destroying their value? We would earn less in the end."

Those words were like a bucket of cold water, instantly cooling Mirella's excitement, though not for the same reason Sienna intended. 

Sienna was thinking purely about business.

In her mind, oversupplying the market would only lower prices, reducing their profits. 

Mirella, however, thought much further than that.
