Lucian teared up when he thought about the past.
During those time, he wasn't allowed to eat junk food per his mother's rules. Only once a month was he allowed to. Or else…

And once he gets caught, he'll get the full brunt of the mythical weapon in his backside.
To the point that he was mourning in his mind; "Aren't you a Western, Mom? So why are you slapping my other cheeks with such a demonic weapon!!??"
…And that was all because of his infuriating Father. His father ate his bag of chips at that time! And when his mother caught sight of it, his father actually pointed towards him!
What a sad life. And it doesn't even help that his mother is like a surveillance camera that kaleidoscope all of his movements.

Before he can even take a bite of that delicious, crunchy potato chip…
He caught sight of a floating thing in front of him.
It was a white thing with wing-blades, looking like a white with pink colored giant mosquito floating in front of him.
Cold sweat started pouring out from his back.

And that takes us to the current event.
Seeing that another mosquito was blocking the way, he turned to the other side without Honkai Beast floating mid air and bolted.
"Shit!! Run!!"
Maybe due to pure adrenaline… or his unawakened bloodline, his physique pushed itself and run super fast that he didn't even have time to register where he was now.
Still, when he stopped and took a look, the Honkai Beasts where nowhere to be found.
"Fuah… Thank goodness I lost them. If not, it would have been an instant GG for me."
One had to know that even the weakest of Honkai Beasts was enough to kill a normal human…
That's why he was scared the moment he saw it. He isn't a foolish person who will go screaming like a madman and attack a monster above his league, okay?

The silhouette revealed itself to be a beautiful young girl wearing a French Maid Outfit and holding a massive scythe.
Her hair covering her left eye, showing a gentle and captivating looks.
Her long shapely legs also has black stockings deeply hugging her legs.
'Wait wait wait! What am I thinking!? She… She looks not much higher in age gap in comparison to mine! Though still…'
Lucian squinting his eyes looked deeply at the young girl in front of him with scrutiny.
'This girl… There is no mistaking it. Her figure and her temperament and upbringing… She's definitely that maid who can make all Captains go shouting; "Mommy! Mommy!" While gawking at her shapely legs or her chest area—Rita Rossweisse! Just a little younger than the story.'
The girl in question on the other hand, Rita, contrary to her gentle looks, was actually gazing at the young man with a serious gaze.

"Hello, my name is Rita Rossweisse, what's yours?"

'Lucian… I see.'
Both were thinking deeply in their own thoughts when Lucian faked a cough then asked Rita.
"Ahem. Uhh… Can you please enlighten me on what was those things that chased me?"
Rita blinked for a moment then looked at Lucian with a gentle gaze.
"Of course. Those things that tried to assault you are the so called Honkai Beasts. Honkai Beasts are born from the corrosive energy called Honkai. The Honkai is a hidden plague that has been corroding the Earth for who knows long. By the way, this is a secret Lucian so try to not tell anyone about this okay?"
She smiled meaningfully after her explanation.
"Ahh! Don't worry! I won't tell anyone! Not even from my own family! If I tell even a single thing to anyone, may the heavens struck Theresa—Ahem! My HOMU collection!"
Rita just raise an eyebrow on her uncovered eye and chuckled while thinking.
'Hmm… Kids. So guilible.'
"Ahh~ I almost forgot. Lucian, do you want to become stronger and save the world? If so, join us."
Lucian continued staring at Rita with a speechless expression.
'Even for a kid, that won't work!'
"Haha. No please big sis, I'm good. I don't want my current life get destroyed."
"Aww, such a shame. Well then, if you'll excuse me. I still have something to attend to. May we meet again, Lucian."
As she said that, she already left the area, leaving Lucian on the roadside.
"Sigh… Thank goodness she left. But still… I'm cooked aren't I? I knew it. This world is definitely a World Bubble… That Rita is still definitely in her 11 or 12, yet she is already a Valkyrie… Damn it!"

She was actually there to investigate what was that woman Cocolia were up to before flying back to the Schicksal HQ, but due to some strange circumstances, she actually met the child of the two former S-Rank Knight and Valkyrie in Schicksal, Cassian Aurelius and Aurelia Schariac.

"That glowing on his back… There is no mistaking it. He has already awakened his Stigmata. And considering that there is no Honkai Eruption, his Stigmata awakening must be the Aurelius' or maybe even both the Aurelius' and Schariac's as the Aurelius' Stigmata awakening is different from the usual."

Ragna couldn't help but chuckle at this girl's seriousness. Though, it was partly her fault.
"It's about the former S-Rank Knight and S-Rank Valkyrie, Cassian Aurelius and Aurelia Schariac."
Rita said in a low voice while looking around vigilantly, a stark contrast to her current age.
Ragna whoever, snapped her eyes wide and took Rita along with her on the sides.
"What about the Cassian and Aurelia-senpai? Did something happen?"
That Aurelius and Schariac couple…
One can say that they are one of the strongest Knights and Valkyries here in Schicksal, but due to the 2nd Honkai Eruption, their once good relationship with the Overseer fell apart.
Though indeed, they haven't really, entirely cut ties with the Schicksal as St. Freya Academy can be considered a Schicksal Branch, it is in a semi state as it also holds it's own Authority to reason against the Schicksal Head Quarters.
And the Aurelius and Schariac couple stood firm on their land against the Overseer. The main reason why the Overseer haven't dealt with the Cassian Aurelius and Aurelia Schariac is not because of their strength, cuz even the strongest can fall, and there are many ways to do so.
The reason is that, there are no merits, aside from losing two Herrscher Class fighters, it might also trigger the protective instinct of the Aurelius Clan and might also be besieged by the Schariac Clan.
Therefore, the Overseer has not tried anything foolish against them. No gains, all losses. Plus, Ragna once heard the Overseer saying this; "Keep your allies in check, but keep your enemies closer to you."
"Their child, Lucian Aurelius has awakened his Stigmata, and from my assumption based on the information about the Aurelius Clan. Lucian definitely awakened the Aurelius Stigmata or even both. Because, his awakening didn't trigger any Honkai Eruption, rather, it is actively diffusing and absorbing the Honkai Energy Radiation in the area."

Outside the Overseer's room, a white haired girl wearing an eye mask was present. She just came out of the Overseer's room and was preparing to leave when…

Amber paused dead on her tracks and turned to look towards the two girls who stopped her.
"Hmm, the Overseer is inside the room. Well then, if you'll excuse me. I still have something to do."
Amber left.
Rita and Ragna looked at each other and knocked on the door.
"Lord Overseer, please excuse us. We have some crucial information to report."
"Hmm. Come in."
A light hearted voice of a man came from inside the room, serving as an affirmative to the two.
The two then walked in towards the room. There, they saw the Overseer, Otto Apocalypse on the living room, playing some sort of video game.
'He is playing Kallen Fantasy again…'
The two wryly thought.
Still, Ragna said her report.
"Lord Overseer, this particular information is closely tied to the former S-Rank Knight and Valkyrie, Cassian and Aurelia."
"Hmm… Let me guess. It's about their son, right?"
"Uhm… Yes."
"Heh~ Tell me more. Ragna."
"Yes, Lord Overseer! According to the findings of my disciple, Rita, Lucian Aurelius has awakened his stigmata, and it should be closer to the Aurelius bloodline."
"Haha~ Interesting. Well then… Keep an eye out while you are at it."

Otto didn't press continue. He leaned back, spinning a golden feather between his fingers, his eyes narrowing into sharp crescents.
"The little guy awakened it, hmm? Just as expected."
Otto murmured to the empty room. A soft and dry chuckle escaped his lips.
"Such a shame… I can't even secure a proper tissue sample of the Aurelius genes because of their borderline obsession with their own kind. They'd sooner burn their labs, kill and torture their own into ash than let me hold the scalpel just to gatekeep it, hahaha~."
He paused, staring at the screen where Kallen's digital face smiled at him. The amusement drained from his face, replaced by a hallow cold face.
"I wonder what sort of variable you will introduce to my chessboard, Lucian Aurelius. In the end, it matters little. Let the world burn, let it all get thrown into pieces… as long as all paths leads back to her… It doesn't matter."
