A massive black shroud surged from Gasper's body, sealing off the room.
This was Rias's 'laboratory', which was protected by an extremely powerful barrier.
Even so, if Rias hadn't actively maintained it, his power probably would have leaked to the outside world by now.
"Whoa, what terrifying power."
Serafall transformed into a Magical Girl in a flash, leaning close to Rias with a slightly startled expression. "This power is already enough to affect even me. Little Rias, what did you do?"
"Gasper is the reincarnation of a fragment of Balor's consciousness. I've integrated Balor's power into the 'Evil Eye of Stasis'. It's possible the power was too strong and went out of control."
Rias said, "Since there's no hostility, it didn't create aggressive creatures... Regardless, this power has already reached the Sacred Gear level."
Serafall: "..."
"I feel like Rias-chan is saying some really scary things as if they're perfectly normal."
Serafall complained.
"It's not a big problem."
Rias said, "I just need to suppress this rampaging power and then construct a sealing Magic Formula."
"Then let me try."
Serafall took a deep breath, and then her whole body erupted with powerful magic power.
This magic power turned into a freezing chill, bypassing Rias and spreading in all directions, attempting to freeze the darkness.
If this power were released outside, it could probably freeze the entire Gremory territory in one breath.
Now that Serafall had the Magical Ruby, her power could be boosted to three times her limit through its enhancement.
Not just power, but also release speed, precision, and so on—it was an all-around improvement.
If she could reach the realm of 'Bankai', she might truly reach the level of the Transcendents.
The incredibly terrifying ice power froze the surroundings, but soon, Serafall stopped.

Translucent red wings, like flowing crystals, appeared behind her with great aesthetic beauty.
Destruction Formula Six: Absolute Destruction Barrier!
With a roar, the entire barrier was filled with the Power of Destruction.
This power, if released, could perhaps even erase gods and demons, yet Serafall, standing nearby, remained unaffected.
The wings Rias had modified were a product of the third stage of the Fusion Equation, possessing Transcendent-level power.
Attacks released with them were naturally at the same level as those of a Transcendent.
"Ugh... I almost thought I was going to die."
Serafall patted her chest, looking lingeringly afraid.
"I only destroy what I wish to destroy."
Rias glanced at Serafall.
The surrounding darkness had dissipated, and within the barrier, a giant red sphere had formed with Rias at its center.
The inside of this sphere was filled with high-density Power of Destruction, and it would only destroy what Rias intended to destroy.
This was no longer simple compression of power, but the development of the 'Destruction' concept itself.

"How is that possible?!"
Serafall was stunned.
"You Four Great Demon Kings know nothing about the essence of power."
The corners of Rias's mouth slowly curled up.
"Ugh, I'm speechless."
Serafall was a bit depressed, but her eyes sparkled as she looked at Rias.
She felt like she had found a treasure; it was truly wonderful.
As the darkness dissipated, Rias deactivated the Absolute Destruction Barrier.
Rather than saying she deactivated it, it would be more accurate to say she maintained it at the level of her body's surface.
Even when her fingers entered Serafall's body, Rias's Absolute Destruction Barrier was still being maintained.
After all, for living beings, the body is far too fragile and must be well protected.
Rias was completely capable of maintaining the application of the Power of Destruction as a daily instinct.
"Magic Formula construction—"
Rias proceeded to seal the Evil Eye.
Perhaps it could no longer be called the 'Evil Eye of Stasis' anymore.
The Evil Eye King of Space-Time Domination (Aion Barroll).
She remembered that was the name in the original story.
She sealed Gasper's Sacred Gear, leaving only a faint trace of power able to circulate.
Gasper's Sacred Gear was like a natural awakening, whereas Rias had reconstructed a bottle for it, leaving only a small opening.
Because she used the Sacred Gear's own power to fuel the Magic Formula, as long as his emotional fluctuations weren't too intense, the seal basically wouldn't be broken.
"It's finished."
Rias stretched and said, "Now I can properly conduct my research."
"What about me, what about me~"
Serafall leaned in and said, "After working so hard for so long, isn't there a reward?"
"Do you really think I'm some cute mascot next to a Magical Girl?"
Rias retorted.
"However, you did well."
Rias smiled, flew up, and gave Serafall a kiss on the lips, then left the two children for her father to arrange.
Since their Sacred Gears needed to be analyzed, the two of them would live in the Gremory mansion.
Fortunately, the Gremory Family was large, and as long as they were called reserved 'peerage', all their resources would be provided by Gremory.
Though they were servants, to the Gremory Family, a peerage was actually no different from 'family'.
"Mmm, that was nice."
Serafall touched her lips and nodded with a face full of smiles.
Time passed—
Soon, Rias's fourth birthday passed.
Through her research on Gasper's Sacred Gear, although she still had no leads on 'evolution', she had perfected Rias's Hakai Hōteishiki.
Destruction Formula One: Evil Eye of Destruction.
A special ability activated by the eyes, it allowed her to see lines and points of destruction, almost like the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception.
But unlike the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, Rias's ability was closer to Balor's Evil Eye; she only needed to look at them to destroy the opponent's lines and points of death, making it very suitable for a surprise kill.
If developed further, it might even be able to destroy the very existence of things.
Of course, what Rias perfected was the Bankai.
To truly develop the Evil Eye would still take quite some time.
This process was also equivalent to a deep study and development of the concept of destruction; it wasn't something that could be stopped once achieved.
A so-called Bankai required at least a clear understanding of a certain concept before that power could be developed.
And Rias had understood the operational process of the Evil Eye from the Evil Eye of Stasis.
