What is the point of life? Since the beginning of all things, we, the living, have only ever ran. from pain and suffering brought forth by time itself. We participate in war at every fleeting moment, by berating others, fighting through words and actions and living somehow. Why? "oh god, from heavens above, do you suffer too?" asks the hermit
