Ajax was stripped from his childhood, he who once dared to wish for an eternal blissful life was now cornered to the path of death. But the gods decided otherwise. Since then, a smoldering flame ignited within to form an unbreakable oath- to bring salvation by himself, to eradicate the existence of those abominations, no matter the cost. Decades had passed since Earth was shattered by unknown fiends; humanity had beseeched the gods with endless prayers to end this nightmare. However, the gods did respond but instead bestowed them with powers to banish the evil. Thus were born the blessed- beings who surpassed human nature and protected the weak. Monsters fell , humans rose. Once on the verge of extinguishing, humanity's hope now shone brighter than the stars. However something far more unfathomable was ahead- threatening Ajax's promise. The gods do not lie. Only humans do. Monsters do not betray. Only humans do.
