The Johto Pokémon Association is an organization. It is responsible for managing local trainers and Gyms. The headquarters for this Johto Pokémon Association is located in Goldenrod City.
Goldenrod City is the largest city in the Johto region. Its size is so great that it can even be as big as Saffron City in Kanto. People praise it as a "successful and large city."
Damian, Caitlin, Zinnia, and Gladion had just arrived here.
"This is the place."
Damian looked at a tall building not far away. He confirmed the location. This was the base of the Pokémon Association. Zinnia's face no longer had its usual bright smile. She looked serious.
"Well then, let's get started."
Damian smiled. He reached out his arm and opened his palm. An Ultra Ball grew large in his hand.
"Rayquaza!"

A dragon roar echoed. A light green dragon rose up and stood in the air. It was Rayquaza! Naturally, the giant Rayquaza appearing suddenly over the city caused a very big commotion.
"Rayquaza. The people who caused Aster's death are right here. You know what to do, right?"
Damian put away the Ultra Ball. Rayquaza didn't really belong to him yet. He was just looking after it for now. Honestly, compared to this Rayquaza, Damian really wanted the Shiny Black Rayquaza.

The Dragon Pulse exploded with a heavy force. The top three floors of the building were blown to pieces by the powerful attack. Screams, moans, and cries of terror never stopped.
Almost instantly, the city became chaotic. All the police stations in Goldenrod City moved out. They started moving the people away from the area. Officer Jenny and her team wanted to stop the criminal who was attacking the city. But after seeing Rayquaza, they stood there in shock. They did not know what to do.
"It seems I hit them a bit too hard," Damian said. "I wonder if I just killed most of the executives in one go."
"Damian, if you do that, how am I supposed to get my revenge?" Zinnia looked at Damian. She did not know what to say.
"Sorry. I could not help it. Since I have Rayquaza, I really wanted to show off," Damian shrugged.
Even though this Rayquaza could not Mega Evolve yet, it was still a member of the Rayquaza species. Since he had a Rayquaza in his hand, he really wanted to use it to look cool.
"Rayquaza is not a toy for you to show off. Whatever. I am going in."
Zinnia still had some respect for the "Dragon Lord." But seeing Damian's expression, she had nothing left to say. However, that was not the main point right now. Zinnia watched the many employees escaping from the building. She focused on the executives wearing high-level uniforms. Her expression became serious.
She was not heartless. She knew some low-level workers might be innocent. She would not kill people without a reason. But those executives? She would never let them go. Zinnia released Salamence and Naganadel. She walked toward the people from the Pokémon Association.
"Rayquaza. Don't let anyone bother Zinnia," Damian ordered.
Damian leaned against a wall. He felt no guilt about doing "crimes" in the city. After all, those people from the Pokémon Association had tried to catch Rayquaza for their own selfish desires. They were just trash. Damian was very happy to clean up this garbage for the world.
"Suicune, do you think this is right?" Damian asked the Suicune guarding him.
"..."
Suicune stayed silent. But it did not disagree, which meant it accepted it. However, Suicune was part of the guard trained by Ho-Oh. By nature, it was kind.
"You might think this is too extreme. But Suicune, let me tell you something," Damian said. He gently brushed the fur on Suicune's neck.
"Humans are very complex creatures. Some people are born pure and kind. But others are born dark and evil. Their hearts are full of dirty desires that can never be filled. We cannot change them. So, we have to clear them away. This is a necessary sacrifice to make the world better."
Listening to Damian, Suicune tilted its head. How should it say it? It felt like what Damian said made sense, but something still felt a bit strange.
"Damian is so great~!" Jirachi said. It was sitting on Damian's shoulder, biting into a large cracker.
"Haha. Well, it is not that big of a deal."
Damian looked down the street at the Officer Jennys arriving.
"The Goldenrod City police are very efficient. Suicune, go block them. Don't let them ruin Zinnia's fun." Damian patted Suicune's head.
Suicune nodded. Its body disappeared instantly. When it appeared again, it was right in front of Officer Jenny and the other officers. It turned its head slightly and looked at the humans. The officers were all stunned when they saw Suicune.
"Is that... Suicune?"
"Why is Suicune here? Is it trying to stop us from passing?"
"But why?"
Suicune is one of the guards of Ho-Oh. It is the legendary "Embodiment of the North Wind." In the Johto region, Suicune is very famous. Also, stories say it cleans water, so its reputation is almost entirely good. But now, Suicune was blocking their path. This made the officers very confused.
Even though they were confused, the Pokémon Association was being attacked. The officers were in a big hurry to help.
"Suicune! Please move! We have very important business to take care of!" the lead Officer Jenny said. She still hoped Suicune was not blocking them on purpose.
However, after she spoke, Suicune did not move a muscle. It continued to watch them.
"I see... are you working with the attackers?" Officer Jenny's face became serious. She looked at the giant green dragon in the distance, and then at the Suicune in front of her.
Who were these people? No matter what, someone was attacking the Pokémon Association in the middle of the day. This was a terrible crime. They had to act!
"If that is the case, we have no choice but to defeat you, Suicune!"
Officer Jenny released an Arcanine. She signaled her team to get ready for battle. Suicune reacted. It could feel that these people were full of justice and passion. However, at this moment, it had to fight them.
But Suicune also understood. It was not wrong! Rayquaza was not wrong! And its trainer was not wrong! A light blue-white light glowed around Suicune's body. Its aura became sharp. Damian had told it: no one is allowed to pass!

A woman with long, curly, grey-blue hair had very pale skin. She wore a tight yellow top. Her white, thin waist was very attractive. On her lower body, she wore white pants and yellow high heels. She was tall and thin. Her face was beautiful, but it also showed malice. She was very charming.
This woman was leaning against a wall right now. She had her arms crossed as she watched Rayquaza with great interest.
"Don't you agree, Will?"
The man called Will was wearing a mask. He had purple hair and wore very fancy clothes. His expression was a bit dark.
"It does not matter. This has nothing to do with us. Karen, we should leave," Will said.
He also liked to watch "fun" things, but he hated getting into trouble. The pressure coming from Rayquaza was very strong. He did not want Rayquaza to notice him.

"Oh? What a handsome guy. But listening to other people's secrets is a bit rude, don't you think?"
Karen narrowed her eyes. She smiled.
"I was not eavesdropping. I was listening out in the open," Damian said with a grin. He looked Karen up and down.
He had to admit, Karen was a very beautiful woman. She had a lot of style. Karen laughed. She looked at Damian with interest. She did not mind the way Damian was looking at her at all. After all, she was very pretty. People often looked at her like that on the street. She was used to it.
"You are quite interesting, guy."
"You are very beautiful too, lady. But can I ask you something?" Damian said with a smile.
"Go ahead and ask. But I might not answer you."
"Do you know where my foolish brother is? I actually miss him quite a bit." Damian smiled.
"By the way, you probably know him. His name is Silver."
