Sakura Haruno lifted her tear-stained face and glared angrily at Renji as she complained.
"Pervert! You told me to hit it with all my strength, and now you're saying that so matter-of-factly!"
Was Teacher Renji serious?
He made her punch a tree with full force and then calmly explained that the tree was hard.
Perverted teacher.
Renji released pale green Chakra from his palm and gently held Sakura's swollen hand as he reminded her.
"I already taught you how to channel Chakra into your feet before, so now try channeling Chakra into your fists and hit it again with full strength."
Sakura looked at her healed hand in surprise and said, "Teacher Renji, you even know medical ninjutsu."
Renji raised his chin proudly and replied, "Of course, I'm omnipotent."
He then added casually, "So punch with confidence, because even if your whole arm breaks, I can easily reattach it for you."
Sakura stepped back with a cautious expression and protested, "Don't say such terrifying things, because I will never hit that tree again."
She had just experienced intense pain, so there was no way she would do that again.
Did he think she was an idiot?
Renji lightly patted her butt and said teasingly.
"Don't be so scared, because it might hurt a little at first, but it feels really good once you get used to it, so go on."
Sakura slapped his hand away immediately, stepped back several paces while clutching her butt, and shouted with embarrassed anger.
"Please don't phrase things like that, and where are you touching, pervert teacher!"
Renji sighed and raised one finger slowly as he said, "This is one finger."
Sakura stared at him speechlessly and replied, "I know."
Renji pressed his finger lightly against the tree trunk and explained calmly.
"If you solidify Chakra into your finger, it can produce interesting miraculous effects, for example..."
He flicked his finger lightly.
The entire tree shook violently before being uprooted and sent flying far into the distance where it crashed heavily onto the ground.
Renji looked toward the fallen tree and commented casually, "It didn't even crack, so this tree is quite hard."
He had barely used any strength.
That also explained why Sakura's earlier punch hurt so badly.
Sakura stared at the distant fallen tree with wide eyes and exclaimed in shock, "Amazing!"
She then looked at Renji with admiration and said excitedly, "Just one finger sent such a huge tree flying!"
Renji dusted off his hands lightly and explained calmly.
"Once your Chakra control reaches its peak, you should also be able to reach this level, so now try solidifying Chakra in your fist and imagine it like wearing armor."
Sakura walked toward another tree nervously and replied, "Okay, I'll try."
She closed her eyes, focused carefully, guided Chakra into her fist, then suddenly opened her eyes and struck the tree trunk with full force.
The trunk shook violently as several leaves drifted downward.
Sakura looked at her slightly reddened fist with surprise and joy as she said, "It doesn't hurt as much, and the power is much stronger than before."
She never imagined Chakra could be used like this.
Form transformation.
Nature transformation.
Chakra control.
These were advanced concepts she had never encountered at the Ninja Academy.
Sakura jumped excitedly and cheered, "That means I can become stronger too!"
Renji quietly watched her while sucking on his lollipop and commented calmly, "This Little Brat is very talented."
Her Chakra control was far better than Naruto's and Sasuke's, even surpassing many ninja in the village.
Renji deliberately raised his voice while glancing toward Naruto and Sasuke nearby and said.
"If you can punch through that tree in five days, I can help you apply for the Chunin Exams."
Naruto and Sasuke immediately stopped pretending not to listen and secretly paid attention.
Sakura trembled slightly with excitement and asked eagerly, "C-can I really participate in the Chunin Exams?"
Renji waved his hand casually and answered, "It's fine, because if you can break that tree, then there is no problem."
Sakura immediately turned back toward the tree with determination and declared, "Okay, I understand!"
She began training seriously again.
Renji then looked toward Naruto and Sasuke and said calmly, "Stinky Brats, keep working hard, because I have something to do."
Sakura looked up curiously and asked, "Teacher Renji, where are you going?"
Renji disappeared instantly while replying casually, "Men always have many things to be busy with, either going on a date or heading to one."
Sakura muttered quietly while watching him disappear, "Hooligan teacher, dating during a mission."
Nearby, Sasuke glanced coldly toward Sakura and thought that the first Chunin in Team 7 must definitely be himself.
He raised his palm as light blue Chakra appeared and continued trying to infuse Lightning Nature into it while muttering inwardly that he would master Chidori within five days.
Meanwhile, dozens of Naruto's Shadow Clones gathered together and whispered excitedly about the Chunin Exams as they discussed learning Rasengan quickly so Sakura would admire them and so they could teach Sasuke and Renji a lesson.
Later that night, Obito sat quietly at the edge of a cliff overlooking the Land of Waves while thinking that the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki reminded him of his former self.
White Zetsu emerged from the ground and reported.
"Tobi, that rogue ninja from kirikagura, Zabuza Momochi, failed and was completely used by Renji as training material for Team 7."
Obito calmly replied, "Failure is normal, because he was only meant to test Renji's strength."
White Zetsu then asked curiously, "How strong do you think Renji really is?"
Obito narrowed his Sharingan slightly while thinking about Renji's strange Lightning Release movement ability.
And his unusual cyan eyes that resembled the Rinnegan before calmly deciding that the Nine-Tails still had to be captured no matter what.
At that moment, cyan lightning flashed beside him as Renji appeared suddenly and sat cross-legged nearby while eating tricolored dango and saying casually.
"You've been watching all day and still didn't make a move."
White Zetsu stared in disbelief and complained, "Are you serious, because you're enemies, right, so how can you just sit here and chat like old friends?"
Renji replied calmly, "Ninja relationships are complicated, so there's no need to get angry late at night when it's better to talk with a smile."
Obito turned his head and observed Renji carefully before saying slowly, "Your eyes are even more unusual than the rumors say."
Renji pretended to sigh apologetically and answered casually, "Is this your way of confessing, because unfortunately I like women."
White Zetsu examined Renji curiously and remarked, "You're very confident."
Renji scratched his cheek playfully before revealing an arrogant smile and replied, "Not that confident really, because you're all very weak."
Obito chuckled softly and introduced himself calmly by saying, "My name is Uchiha Madara, a ghost of the Uchiha Clan,
and I need the Tailed Beasts to restore my missing power, while the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki happens to be with you."
Renji took another bite of tricolored dango before replying calmly, "Uchiha Madara is indeed a heavy name, but you really enjoy role-playing, Obito."
Immediately, both Black Zetsu and White Zetsu showed visible surprise.
Obito narrowed his eye slightly and asked coldly, "What else do you know?"
Renji calmly warned him, "You'll die."
Obito stopped activating Kamui and answered quietly.
"We will become enemies sooner or later, but the man named Obito already died long ago, and in this world full of despair there is no value in living without Rin."
Renji paused slightly before replying calmly, "If the woman I loved died in front of me, I might also destroy the world in anger,
but creating a false world is even crueler than reality, because blaming the entire world only makes you a chuunibyou who deceives himself."
Renji then finished his dango and added casually, "This ninja world is actually very interesting, because there are violent big sisters,
cute little girls, scheming old men, and stubborn Little Brats, and both people and events are entertaining to watch."
