"W-what happened? What's going on?" Naruto looked around in confusion.
Earlier he had only felt a powerful gust of wind. His gaze finally stopped on the Executioner's Blade hanging on Renji's back.
"Could it be..." Naruto's face turned pale as fear appeared in his eyes.
That terrifying sword must have flown past just now.
If he had not listened to Teacher Renji and laid down immediately, Team 7 would probably have been wiped out.
Naruto touched his neck and shivered as lingering fear rose in his heart.
All of Team 7 felt the same.

The three members of Team 7 formed a defensive formation and protected him in the center.
"Where is the enemy?" Sasuke asked with a grim expression as his Two-Tomoe Sharingan scanned the white mist ahead.
He still could not detect the enemy's location.
Teacher Renji must already know where the enemy is.
Earlier he had not even noticed the incoming sword.
If Renji had not warned them, he would already be dead.

The bloody killing aura filled the white mist and pressed down on everyone present, making it hard for Team 7 to breathe.
"So scary!" Sakura Haruno's face turned pale as her body trembled and even her hand holding the kunai shook uncontrollably.
Who is this man? What terrifying pressure.
This killing aura felt just like when Teacher Renji tested them at Training Ground Seven.
"This man is extremely dangerous," Sasuke said as he stared at Zabuza with his Sharingan while his body trembled slightly under the pressure.
He clearly understood that Team 7 could not defeat an enemy like this.
"Is this guy the enemy? He feels very strong," Naruto said as he gritted his teeth and stared at Zabuza.
He had just sworn he would not run away anymore.
But after feeling this killing intent, fear still rose inside him.

This was the first time Team 7 had faced an enemy at Zabuza's level.
Renji calmly continued eating his dango and pretended to be surprised as he said.
"Were you the one attacking earlier? Sorry about that. I thought you were giving me a welcome gift."
Zabuza's expression darkened slightly.
He could clearly hear the mockery in Renji's voice.
"As for how I blocked it so easily, you just need to add nature transformation to your Chakra and anything becomes very hard. It's very convenient," Renji said casually as he waved the dango skewer.
"Who asked you?" Zabuza replied coldly as he looked at the Executioner's Blade behind Renji. "Give me my sword. That is my weapon."
He truly did not expect Renji to be so shameless.
Even when he had lost battles before, no one had taken his Executioner's Blade.
He only threw the sword as part of his entrance.
Yet Renji simply took it.

"Who takes back a gift after giving it? People won't like you if you do that," Renji said as he casually spun the Executioner's Blade on his fingertip like a toy.

Team 7 silently thought the same thing.
Once something fell into Teacher Renji's hands, there was no chance of getting it back.
Even if their wallets fell near him, he would probably keep them.
Let alone a sword thrown directly into his hands.
"This really is a good sword. It should sell for a nice price. I'm short on money recently and the sexy older sisters at the tavern are still waiting for me to reserve the place."
Renji said as he slung the Executioner's Blade back onto his shoulder.

"You've angered me, bastard. After you die, the sword will return to me anyway. Let me see whether you are really as strong as the rumors say."
Zabuza said as he quickly formed hand signs while his body blended into the mist.
"Hidden Mist Jutsu."
The mist thickened instantly and the killing intent grew heavier.
Team 7's faces turned pale as they became even more alert.
"You still need hand signs? Then I'll wait for you," Renji said calmly as he continued eating his dango.
"Arrogant fool. I'll start with the brats first," Zabuza said as he disappeared and instantly reappeared behind Team 7.
"So fast!"
Team 7 froze as they felt a cold presence behind them.
Fear filled their eyes and none of them could react.
"Hands, feet, legs, waist, heart, where should I start?" Zabuza's cold voice echoed behind them.
He raised his kunai and slashed toward Tazuna's neck.
Since Renji seemed troublesome, eliminating the mission target first was the safest option.
Renji instantly transformed into a streak of lightning and appeared behind Zabuza as he said teasingly, "Mouth, butt, where should I start?"
"So fast. Even faster than me inside the mist," Zabuza thought as his expression changed slightly.
He had not sensed Renji's presence at all before hearing his voice.
That was not Body Flicker Technique.
That blue lightning.
Was Renji using something similar to the Raikage's Lightning Release Armor?
A sharp sound echoed through the area.
Zabuza was slapped away instantly.
His body spun through the air, smashed through two large trees, and then crashed heavily onto the ground.
