Chapter 7 - Chapter 5b : Nutrient Chart

I. The Alchemist's Arrival

The morning air outside the Veyron Tower was interrupted by the low, melodic hum of a high-end levitating vehicle.

Sleek and obsidian-black, the car glided through the air, bearing the insignia of the Alchemy Association of Earth.

Arin had sent the call the previous night; his sister, Suzen Veyron, was one of the few high-level Alchemy Fabricators capable of handling the volatile resonance required for a child of Kaelen's potential.

The car touched down on the reinforced landing pad, where a security guard in heavy, military-grade power armor stepped forward.

The armor was a classic ten-piece Strand-level suit, finished in a matte, predatory black.

In his grip, he held a high-output pulse rifle, its power core visibly linked to the suit's central reactor by a series of glowing green threads that pulsed like a digital heartbeat.

With a crisp salute, the guard took the digital key from Suzen as she stepped out, whisking the vehicle away to the lower parking bays.

At the entrance, Lyra and Kaelen were already waiting.

Kaelen was dressed in light blue comfort-wear that matched the startling depth of his eyes, looking every bit the innocent prodigy.

Although his mind held the cold, analytical memories of a world-class mathematician, his current biological hardware—his five-year-old hormones and brain chemistry—often overrode his logic, making him feel a genuine, childlike warmth toward his family.

"Kaelen!" Suzen's voice rang out, full of mischievous energy.

She didn't walk; she ran, her Weave Phase grace making her movements a blur before she scooped Kaelen up in a crushing hug.

Suzen was as brilliant as she was playful, and during Kaelen's first few months of life, she had been a constant, hovering presence, second only to Lyra.

II. The Resonance Scan

The group descended once more to the Level 55 Medical Center, where the heavy dampening fields hummed as they reactivated.

Suzen's playful demeanor shifted into the sharp focus of an expert the moment they entered the lab.

Kaelen was placed inside a high-resonance MRI machine, a device designed specifically to map the frequency and storage capacity of a Fabricator's soul-threads.

"Alright, little Architect, stay still," Suzen chirped, her eyes dancing over the data streams.

"I need to see how that 'Deep Red' of yours handles high-density fuel."

As the machine whirred, a complete holographic scan of Kaelen's ribbons appeared in the center of the room.

The threads were like thick, crimson cables of light, pulsing with a slow, heavy frequency that baffled even Suzen's experienced eyes.

"It's not just dense," Suzen whispered, tapping her chin as she watched the slow, tidal waves of energy. "It's... hungry. It wants a specific molecular weight."

III. The Nutrient Matrix

Suzen pulled up a blank digital canvas and began to calculate the specific molecular weights Kaelen would require to reach Level 100.

"So, Kaelen," she asked with a wink, "since you're going to be drinking this for the next few years, do you want 'Strawberry Supernova' or 'Cool Blue Comet'?"

Kaelen looked at the scrolling list of chemical stabilizers and leaned into his childhood instincts.

"Strawberry," he said, his voice small and cute, though his eyes were busy reading the nutritional ratios on her screen.

Suzen laughed and finalized the Resonance Nutrient Chart.

The foundation of his growth would be the Crimson-Flow Solution, a thick liquid to be taken three times daily to reinforce his meridian walls.

To prevent his dense red threads from overheating his young body, she added a daily dose of Azure Isolate, a cooling stabilizer.

For breakfast, he would consume High-Resonance Mana Grains, which provided the slow-release energy needed for his high-level neural processing.

Finally, before bed, he was prescribed Night-Cycle Nectar, a restorative tonic designed to repair the micro-tears caused by the tension of his unique threads.

IV. Perspective and Play

After the list was compiled and sent to the Veyron Tower's automated kitchen, Suzen didn't leave.

She spent the afternoon playing with Kaelen, but her "games" were actually lessons in disguise.

She used holographic blocks to explain the human body's alchemy, showing him how a Fabricator can use their Ribbons to catalyze chemical reactions within their own blood.

"Most people think alchemy is just mixing potions, Kaelen," she said, sitting cross-legged on the floor with him.

"But true alchemy is the math of transformation. You take one state of matter and, using the energy of your soul, you force it to become another."

"It's like solving a puzzle where the pieces are changing shape while you hold them."

Kaelen listened intently, his mind already translating her "puzzles" into the language of chemical equilibrium and thermodynamic laws.

V. The Architect's Rest

The evening ended with a quiet family dinner on the residential level.

Arin, Lyra, Suzen, and Kaelen sat together as the sun set behind the orbital rings of Earth, casting a grid-like shadow over the world.

They talked of the Alchemy Association and the rising prices of precious metals, while Kaelen focused on his newly prepared "Strawberry" nutrient soup—feeling the thick red threads in his chest hum with newfound stability.

As dinner finished, Suzen kissed Kaelen's cheek and headed back to her hovering car.

"Keep an eye on that ratio, Arin," she warned her brother before the door hissed shut.

"If he follows my chart, he won't just hit Level 100; he'll rebuild his body's foundation from the ground up."

With a final wave, her car lifted into the night sky, heading back toward the Association.
