The reason everything changed… began with a simple discussion.
The Argument on the Sunny
Law rubbed his temples.

Luffy immediately waved his hand.

But everyone could clearly see the real reason for his enthusiasm.
His mind was already full of Dressrosa's barbecue.
Nami suddenly jumped forward—
And wrapped herself around Itachi like an octopus.
"Itachi doesn't need to go anywhere."

She clung to him tightly.
Sanji clicked his tongue.

Since leaving Fish-Man Island, Chopper had wanted to check Itachi's eyesight.
Now he was already pulling out medical equipment and discussing the situation with Law.

"I'll accompany Law and Usopp instead."

A small coastal town.

Sanji caught up behind him.

But when Sanji saw the view ahead—
He froze too.
Dressrosa was completely different from what they imagined.
Beside the streets stretched a vast field of sunflowers.
Girls danced happily among the flowers.
The nearby streets were lively with music, laughter, and bustling crowds.
The atmosphere overflowed with energy and joy.
Zoro, Franky, and Kin'emon soon arrived.
They all stared in amazement.
"Is this paradise?" Sanji gasped.
His eyes instantly transformed into hearts.
Luffy jumped excitedly.
"Alright!"
"Let's go!"
He could already smell delicious food.
Sanji spun dramatically across the street toward the dancing girls.
"Oh! Beautiful ladies!"
The girls responded enthusiastically.
Sanji immediately sprayed blood from his nose.
But just as he tried approaching another girl—
A toy soldier suddenly blocked his path.
"Oh! Good afternoon!"
Sanji froze.
"…Wait."
"A talking toy?!"
The Toy Kingdom
At the same time—
Zoro, Franky, and Kin'emon noticed something strange.
Looking toward the center of town—
They saw toys everywhere.
There were almost as many toys as humans.
They walked, talked, and interacted like real people.
Some danced with the girls.
Some played with children.
Others even held hands with adults while shopping.
Dressrosa was truly a country where toys and humans lived together.
The toy soldier spoke cheerfully.
"You must be foreigners!"
"Dressrosa is a country of freedom and passion, but—"
Before he finished—
The others had already chased after Luffy.
"I heard Dressrosa had lifelike toys," Kin'emon said while running.
"But seeing it with my own eyes is incredible!"
Franky looked around carefully.
"This doesn't look like a place with a factory."
Sanji spun around greeting women.
"Oh! Beautiful ladies everywhere!"
Zoro muttered while running straight ahead.
"Where did that idiot Luffy go now…?"
Luffy was hopping forward energetically.
His nose twitched.
"I smell it!"
"A huge feast!"
"This way!"
He suddenly turned into a side street.
The others chased after him.
At the end of the street—
A large restaurant appeared.
Luffy ran straight toward it.
"Food!"
Sanji floated inside like a ghost.
"Are there beautiful ladies here?"
Kin'emon hurried after them.
"Lord Luffy!"
"Don't forget our mission!"
Franky shrugged.
"I guess I'll have to supervise these guys."
They entered the restaurant together.
The Blind Old Man
Zoro was the last to arrive.
But suddenly—
He stopped.
His hand slowly moved to the hilt of his sword.
Behind him—
An elderly man was slowly walking down the stairs from the town's upper level.
The man was tall.
He wore a purple cloak and scarf.
Two deep scars crossed his closed eyes.
He was clearly blind.
Each step he took—
His cane tapped the ground twice.
Tap.
Tap.
Confirming his path.
Then continuing forward.
As Zoro watched him—
The old man approached.
"Excuse me…"
"I heard there's a casino nearby."
"Do you know where it is?"
Zoro studied him for a moment.
Then shook his head.
"Sorry, old man."
"I just arrived too."
"But there's a restaurant ahead."
"You might be able to ask there."
The old man bowed politely.
"Thank you very much."
Then he continued walking toward the restaurant.
Zoro watched him leave.
For some reason—
He had a strange feeling about that old man.
