As Arjun was still thinking about how to make his father agree, they were done with the breakfast and left to go to the Nandi Recruitment Agency they had previously visited to recruit Lalitha.
These people left a good impression on him especially with how they were quick in doing their jobs and not asking unnecessary questions which he felt was very pleasing.
When they reached the agency it was only around ten O'clock and were informed that the people had yet to arrive so they went ahead to have a coffee while waiting for the agency to open.
Arjun took this time to explain computers and their purpose and how it eased the human burden to Bhargav who was taken aback by the wide amount of applications a single computer could be used for.
Bhargav was starting to wonder why had he never heard of such crazy machinery before. According to how Arjun put it one computer could enable a single clerk to do the job of ten accountants or make graphs accurately and other uses this seemed more like a miracle device than a simple keyboard and screen.
Once they were done with coffee they visited the agency again which was now open. The receptionist recognizing Arjun coming in accompanied him courteously to a office room and asked what he was here for.
This kid left a deep impression on her on his last visit, while most people would have chosen the guy with more experience this kid noticed how he hopped jobs and instead picked a women. In the era when most girls were shunned aside in their families as a burden this kid was something entirely different, that was at least how she saw it.
Arjun informed her about his requirements of needing a company manager and few floor managers who had experience in beverage industry, dairy industry or anything similar.
The receptionist was surprised by this request, According to what she remembered this kid owned a printing press but why would he need these people for those she wondered and enquired the purpose of recruitment.
Arjun explained to her how he was going to start a new beverage factory and had already started the factory founding procedure.
He informed her that he was looking to start the factory in the next month and wanted to hire the people by then.
The women was relieved upon hearing this, at least it wasn't urgent recruitment like last time and had more time to gather right profiles.
She asked for a couple days of time and hearing Arjun giving them time till the upcoming Saturday she quickly accepted the task and accompanied both of them out of the agency.
Both of them went to watch a morning show movie then had their lunch before going back to Balram's house to pick Lalitha up.
Arjun learnt his lesson from last time, he did not want to start late especially with Lalitha around.
When they reached his house the brother and sister were having their lunch so they had to wait a while for them to finish.
Once they were done Balram joined them while Lalitha went back inside to clean up the dishes.
Arjun, i am very happy with how you've treated my sister so far. If you can be like this i will be in your debt forever Balram Praised joining his hands at Arjun.

Arjun was relieved and once Lalitha was ready they left back to the village.
Lalitha too was happy with this development of Balram joining under Arjun. Even though she had a new family now it still felt better to have someone whom she knew from childhood around her.
As they were returning Arjun asked Lalitha to look around for machinery alongside Bhargav as this would help her gain more experience.
Once they reached their village Arjun did not return to his home but instead went to visit Madan at his house.
Arjun?....what brings you here? Madan who was busy in his journal asked without looking up.
