After all the Beastmen left the treehouse, Apollo slowly walked over to a stone table where a wooden basin of clean water sat. He unhurriedly washed the stains from his hands.
He then took out a small notebook made of Beast Skin and wrote down a number.
One hundred thirty-six.
The male from today was the one hundred and thirty-sixth Beastman he had assimilated.
Based on the incubation time for the 'seed' he had given, they would gain another accomplice in a month.
Apollo put the Beast Skin notebook away in his spatial storage and mused to himself, 'No wonder those fallen Beast God's Evil Thoughts find a suitable vessel for themselves the moment they awaken.'
'No wonder that fellow Isaac told them to find compatible bodies first, right after he brought them out of 'the Gate.''
It turned out that having a Beastman's body made things incredibly convenient.
Who would have thought, ten thousand years ago, that he would be able to assimilate his own kind so silently?
