Ray POV
"Mm~ Suureeee, you have to keep her under a tight watch like a dragon guarding his treasure, huh?" Anok said right behind me. "Next time, you'd be putting a ring on her finger just to make sure that she is absolutely safe, right?"
"…" I snorted while taking out some ingredients I could use to cook for Claudia. "If you have nothing else to say, then leave."
"I am not leaving. How many times do I have to tell you that my duty is to watch over her?" Anok sat at the dining table, crossing her legs to make herself comfortable and leaning on the chair. "Since you want to cook for this sweetheart of yours, why don't you cook for me as well?"
I couldn't hide my scowl. The idea of cooking for Claudia came because she was too weak to even stand on her feet, let alone take care of herself. Why should I cook for this fussy woman who barged in and ruined my mood?
