"What do you care!? It's not like you ever did when we were still friends." Leo scoffed, looking vulnerable, which caught Alech off guard. "Just tell me! Are you guys a thing now or something!?" she said in a fit of rage, but also a hint of something… Guilt? "Why do you suddenly care now!? And for your information were friends! Something you clearly can't have for long!" Leo said furiously at Alech. Leo shut his mouth tightly, realizing the severity of his words. Alech's tears became swollen as tears formed in her eyelids. Nothing could have hurt Leo more than seeing somebody get hurt, not even his enemy. " Alech i- " Leo muttered, trying to reach out to the now sobbing Alech. What Leo said was the truth, yet it felt like an open wound on Alech's chest. Alech ran out sobbing, daring not to look back out of guilt and pain. As for Leo, he was left in the room, Guilty and Afraid of what might happen next. Alech ran out seeking her friends to lean on as Leo slowly followed, overhearing her conversation. "I…. just… wanted to apologize to him…" The sobbing Alech muttered as she leaned over on her furious best friend. " He sounds like a jerk! I'm going to give him a piece of my mind! " Her best friend ( Nia ) said. " NO WAIT! You don't have to do that its okay!... " Alech said, pulling her back to the seat, rightfully avoiding escalating the situation. " No! I'm not stopping you deserve justice! " Nia yelled as she tried to break free from Alech's grasp. "It's fine! I swear! Just please…" Alech's voice weakened as her grip slowly faded, leaving Nia to burst off in a fit of rage. " Hey, jerk! Over here! " Nia yelled at Leo from afar before walking up to him. " You made Alech cry! You should feel bad! " She demanded, as Leo's eyes twitched in disgust. " What…? No? She deserved that. I've been holding back for too long." He said, Nia clenches her fist, and out of rage, she punches Leo in the gut. " Why, you little! " Leo grunted before sending a blow. The fight escalated, and a crowd gathered. Alech sprinted through the crowd, hearing faint whispers and students betting on who was winning. "I bet Nia will win," a guy snickered. "No way! Leo is!" a girl chimed in. Leo pinned Nia onto the lockers while pulling out his fist, getting ready to strike his final blow, when Alech suddenly got in between them, trying to stop the situation, but it was too late. The blow hit Alech in the stomach, causing her to fall to the ground and wince in pain as she held her stomach. The pain was unbearable, making her faint on the spot. "What the!?" Leo snapped out of his trance, finally realizing the severity of the situation. "ALECH!" Nia shouted as she fell to her knees, trying to wake Alech up. "Alech, wake up, please!" Nia said as her eyes welled up. "Alech i-" Leo tried to intervene, but Nia cut him off. "Save it! You've done enough…" she muttered before picking her up and bringing her to the clinic.
