Leo was sitting in the clinic room next to Alech as 3 of her other friends were glaring at him furiously. "This is all your fault!" one girl said. "I…" Leo said before getting cut off, "You are the reason she's in that bed right now!" Another yelled. "I said im-" Leo tried to speak, but got interrupted. " You are not sorry! Just leave! You've hurt her enough!" The same girl said. Leo couldn't handle it and snapped. "WOULD YOU LET ME SPEAK GODDAMNIT!? IVE BEEN DEALING WITH YOUR CRAP ALL THIS TIME AND NOT ONCE DID I SPEAK. YOU KNOW WHAT, FINE! GO DEAL WITH YOUR "queen" OR WHATEVER…" He burst from his seat and reached for the door. Looking back, he stared them down with a chilling gaze. " And for the record, " he said. " I always loved her. Even after all of this." He left the room, leaving the tension in the room as the other reeled in fear and something else. Leo walked around the corridors, and he bumped into someone, coincidently it was Luna. "Oh, hey Luna!" Leo said with a familiar glint in his eyes that seemed a lot like…. Love? "Oh, Hi Leo! So uhm hey… I was planning on meeting today, and I wanted to ask u something, but… do you think we could… go out sometime..?" Luna said, fidgeting with her fingers, looking shy as ever. Leo's face flushed a deep red, knowing he was about to ask the same thing. "I-uh… yeah sure…!" Luna's eyes grew wide open as she jumped in excitement. "Yay! See you tonight…?" Luna asked politely, " Yeah, sure! I have nothing better to do, " Leo said with the same familiar glint he shared with Alech one time. Later that night, the moment came. Leo entered the restaurant and spotted Luna. He reached out for a chair as he sat in front of her. "Hey!" Luna cheered, " I didn't expect you to actually come! " she said with the same charm as usual. " Well, I couldn't just ghost you, haha…" He chuckled awkwardly. Unbeknownst to them, Alech was sitting in a corner meeting with her friends after the incident. She held her stomach as her face flustered, knowing that she fell for Leo, yet it was too little, way too late. Her friends snapped fingers in front of her face. "Hey! Alech! Don't tell me you like that jerk!" Nia said. Alech snapped from her trance and looked at them. She fidgeted with her fingers as she noticed her moment of vulnerability. " What..? of course not… " Alech said, lying horribly, yet it somehow works. " Good! You deserve better! " Nia exclaimed before chatting with the others. Yet Alech's gaze still falls on Leo. The way his eyes beamed as he laughed with Luna. " I know I'm his enemy and I shouldn't care, but. Why does it hurt?" she thought to herself as her heart throbbed both in love and pain. Alech overheard Leo saying, " Wow your way better than Alech, " which only made her pain worse. It was like he was stabbing her multiple times. She couldn't handle it as she lifted off from her seat and went outside. Both her friend and Leo's table noticed her. As Leo looked back and saw her hurt face from afar, he felt a pang of guilt and remembered the kind girl he once loved. The butterflies in his stomach went wild. But he looked back. Accepting the painful truth of what he felt was wrong. " I'm starting to like Alech, am I?" Leo thought, " No… that can't be, she already hates me. My love for her is useless. There's really no use." Leo looked back one last time. "Alech if you hear my thoughts. Please…. Forgive me… You don't know how much I loved you, but how you hurt me is unforgivable. Goodbye…Old Friend…"
