He glanced at Luffy.

Mr. 3 immediately protested.
"I'm very useful!"

For Sonic, this level was unexpectedly difficult.
His speed relied on constant movement—but the heat drained stamina faster than normal.
He stopped for a second, breathing a bit heavier than before.
"…This place is worse than the fights."
The hot air made every movement feel heavier, and even short bursts of speed cost more energy.
Behind him, Buggy the Clown and Mr. 3 struggled even more.
