In a city where the law has become a weapon for the powerful, justice no longer belongs to the innocent.

Aren with his friend, Erik, sitting at a small food stall outside.


"We all were so still when we heard the Dispatcher shouting about a man carrying a knife, and a rookie to asisst"


Aren smiles. "But then you raised your hand, woahhhh"


"It means I am confident, you know", Aren speaks. "Howwwwwww, teach me toooo" Erik replies. Aren starts to laugh "weren't we trained to be brave" 


"Yeah? I don't remember" laughing, Aren pushes Erik.


Later, after a call from his Mother, Erik goes away.


After reflecting for a while, Aren stands up to Pay when he realizes his purse is not with him. On seeing the officer's worried and scared face, the Vendor asks, "what is the matter, sir?"


With a awkward smile, Aren replies "I forgot my purse". " You can pay me later, sir", the Vendor replied. 


But Aren still tries to pay with what Erik gave him and tries to search for more coins. When the Vendor calls out to someone:


Seeing Aren struggling, he asks: "is something the matter, officer". Without looking up, Aren replies "yes I don't have money" 


"Pay me later, With extra 1 dollar for the staring"
