A few weeks after year began, something unexpected happened during our morning class.
The day had started like any other day. Students were talking with each other while waiting for the teacher to arrive. Some were finishing homework. Other were simply staring outside the window. looking
The classroom felt little sleepy.
Purmodo was leaning back in his chair.
"I wish something interesting would happen," he said lazily.
Aarihito laughed.
"You say that everyday."
I was about to reply when the classroom door suddenly opened.
Our home teacher walked in.
Normally he looked strict and serious, but today his expression seemed slightly different different. There was a smile on his face.
The class slowly became quiet.
Students quickly returned to their Seats.
Purmodo leaned toward me.
He whispered, "Something feels strange today!"
I nodded quietly.
The teacher placed his books on the desk and looked around the classroom. His eyes slowly moved from one student to another, as if he was waiting for complete silence.
After a moment, he cleared his throat.
"I have good news for all of you?"
The moment he said those words, the entire class became curious.
"What is it, sir?" one student asked.
The teacher adjusted his glasses and spoke again.
"Next month, our class will go on school trip."
For a moment, the classroom was silent.
Then suddenly everyone became excited.
"Really!"
"That's great!"
Students started talking loudly with each other.
Purmodo looked very happy.
"Finally , somethings fun!" he said.
Aarihito smiled.
"Yes, studying everyday was getting boring"
The teacher raised his hand.
"Please be quiet", he said.
Slowly the class became silent again.
"This trip is for all final year students only," the teacher explained.
"We will leave early in the morning and return in the evening."
Students listened carefully.
"We will go to a park in the mountains", the teacher added.
Everyone looked even more excited.
Near the window, Ritou was sitting quietly.
"The mountains will be beautiful," she said.
For the next few days, everyone in class talked about the trip.
Some students planned to bring snacks. some wanted to bring cameras.
"I will bring lots of food", Puramodo said.
Aarihito laughed.
"You are thinking only about food."
Days passed quickly. Soon the day of the trip finally arrived.
Early in the morning, students gathered in front of the school.
The air was cool and fresh.
Two large buses were waiting near the gate.
Students carried bags, snacks, and cameras. Everyone looked excited.
I stood near the gate with Purmudo.
"This will be a great day," he said.
Soon Aarihito joined us.
"I brought my camera", he said.
Then we saw Ritou walking toward US.
"Good morning", she said.
"Good morning", I replied.
Soon the teachers told everyone to get on the buses.
Students quickly found their seats.
I sat near the window. Ritou sat beside me. Purmodo and Aarihito sat behind meus.
The bus slowly started moving.
Students were laughing and talking. Some were playing music, and some were sharing snacks.
Outside the window, the city slowly disappeared.
Soon we could see green field and hills.
The view looked beautiful.
Ritou looked outside quietly.
"The view is very nice", she said.
"Yes", I replied.
After a few hours, the bus stopped near a large park in the mountains.
Everyone got off the bus.
The air there was cool and fresh
Students started exploring the park.
Some played games. Some took pictures.
Purmodo and Aarihito were joking with other students. Their laughter filled the air.
Later, our class walked to a small hill
When we reached the top, we could see the whole valley. The view was amazing.
Ritou stood beside me.
The wind moved her hair gently.
"This place is peaceful", she said.
I nodded.
"Yes, it is!"
For a moment, we both stayed quiet and looked at the beautiful view.
The day continued with many happy moments.
Students played games, talked, and shared food. Everyone enjoyed the trip.
By evening, the teacheres called everyone back to the buses.
Students looked tired but happy
The buses started more moving again.
Many students became quiet. Some even fell asleep.
I looked out the window at the mountains.
Suddenly, Ritou head was in my solder. She was looking so cute while sleeping.
I also fell a steep.
