[Situation: Possessing a video game character
Mission: Escape the apartment of 'Andy & Leyley']
Shinobu has possessed Andrew and ????? from a mysterious game. The possession synchronization was so strong that she thought she was Andrew or ????? at one point.
[Mini Mission #1: Don't Starve to Death]
"Ugh I feel so hungry, you're telling me this is what the duo Andrew and Ashton felt?"
Thankfully as 'Ashton' felt, he found a can of tomatoes in the trash. As gross as it was, Shinobu had to bare it because she could not find anything else to eat in this new video game that she was living in.
The Warden knocked on the door and asked if the duo were still alive. How polite of him to ask despite him working for evil folks who practically allow their citizens to starve to death.
I was forced to boil a can of tomatoes to share with my partner Andrew as Ashton. How lovely, the only seasoning I have is pepper. This was such a nightmare situation to be in, I have a lot more respect for the real Andrew and Ashton now.
Just as I was eating my desperate tomatoes with Andrew. I heard spooky music coming from my next door neighbor. According to Andrew, this was not the first time that the spooky music was playing really loudly.
I unlocked the balcony door and looked at the neighboring balcony. No way in hell was I going to follow the game by jumping across from balcony to balcony. I looked around inside the house, first to the bathroom then to the parents' bedroom. I played around with the DIY shelf and got a wooden plank from there.
I settled down the wooden plank and steadily crawled across it using the plank. It was a lot scarier than I thought. This makes me realize just how bold the real Ashton is. My buddy and I watched some stranger acting wild and doing weird cultist stuff.
Andrew wanted to watch the news so as Ashton, I had to get the batteries in the remote for that guy. I was forced to use the batteries from the alarm clock for the TV remote. Unsurprisingly, Andrew praised me with such a mocking tone?
The TV spoke about deaths like it was a casual event to occur in apartments.
Flashback time for Ashton
(Oh wow, it's the neglectful mother who abanonded Andrew and Ashton.)
(The Nurse gave both Andrew and Ashton some vague answers in this story.)
(The mom practically gaslighted Ashton and accused him of lying. She also was guilt tripping Ashton for having basic human needs too.)
(Did the original Ashton always called his mother that many times? I don't remember this scene in this story before. The fact that it's been a while since I last played this story would be the reason why I don't remember too vividly.)
Well according to the storyline as Ashton, I'm supposed to do some cleaning. I started first by picking off clothes on the floor while my buddy Andrew was sleeping. I ended up waking my roommate up by doing some laundry. He claims that "it's a waste of energy" to do some cleaning to me. I got some detergent then proceeded to do some laundry with the little energy I had.
After the laundry was done by throwing it into the washer. I grabbed a mop and proceeded to clean the dirt that was in our house. There were three patches for me to clean in this game. I looked around the house and realized that I missed a fourth dirt patch.
Next, I went into the parents' bedroom to pick up the books that fell on the floor from earlier events. I started to feel dizzy after picking three books up as my vision was getting blurry and darkening. I ended up overdoing myself in this body by simply cleaning. My house mate complained and told me to "not over do it".
I woke up on the couch by the news airing on the television. I could hear my room mate calling his girlfriend by the sound of his soft tone on the phone. It sounded like his girlfriend had broken up with him. I ended up falling asleep in the same place after following the dialogue in this script that I was supposed to say to my buddy.
I looked around the house and found my roommate was in the balcony. Apparently there was an ambulance taking someone from our apartment away. Cries of help could be heard but it was proven pointless. Conversation of if Ashton could of gotten pregant somehow was spoken as an option to get the roommates some help out of this horror story apartment that they are in. "Over my dead body" claimed Andrew.
As Ashton, I barely had the energy nor the ability caused by the game's script to even get up. Somehow Andrew had the energy to make so much noise that caused to be wide awake and standing for once. The lying warden told Andrew to shut up and stop kicking the front door down by threatening him that food won't be brought if he kept this up.
A monstrous roar could be heard after our neighbor was doing the same ritual. A demonic lord has sacrificed the neighbor's soul for "the neighbor's desire". Quite ironic when the neighbor asked for freedom yet his life was taken away in exchange for it.
Ashton grabbed Andrew's ashtray to throw it into the window and unlock the door. I could finally turn off the annoying CD player and follow the script of eventually having to perform cannablism on the neighbor's dead body due to having literally nothing to eat in this horror story script that I am in.
We got a cleaver and started to butcher the dead body so we could eat for once. Dokusha wondered how no blood got splattered on her when chopping the neighbor's dead body. (Game logics I suppose.) Dokusha went to get plastic bags in the bathroom and went back to Andrew to carry the body parts back to their apartment.
All the arms and legs were placed in the freezer while the right leg was cooked for dinner. Thankfully Dokusha was not able to taste anything and just used Ashton's body to eat by chewing and swallowing. There was no feel for anything by being forced to commit canabalism in this virtual reality. At least the two main characters problem solved their hunger even if it was ethnically wrong. The entire situation in this video game was ethnically and morally wrong in the first place anyways. Nothing Dokusha could do about it expect follow the script for episode 1.
As Ashton fell asleep, a flashback of "Andy and Leyley" came to mind. It was Andrew and Ashton's childhood names. Apparently, their lives were neglectful and cruel enough that these children had to go out and buy groceries on their own.
(Ah the child killers' flashback. All because of some jealously and possiveness. Logically I think Ashton was right on eating the dead guy. They would of starved to death and it would of been a game over if they didn't perform cannablism. It's either die or perform ethnically wrong things in this world anyways.)
Ashton quickly cleaned the mop and hid in a closet when dealing with the Warden. The Warden died by Andrew killing him while he discovered me in the closet. Eventually we got the key to escape the apartment.
[Congratulations! You have survived the 37th Situation!]
Shinobu sighed and was relieved that the 37th situation was finally over.
