The dark storm above the forest grew stronger. Trees bent under the violent wind as chakra filled the air.
Naruto Uzumaki stood in the center of the battlefield, his eyes burning with determination. Red chakra from the Nine-Tails surrounded his body like flames.
Across from him, the mysterious enemy smiled coldly.
"So this is the power of the Nine-Tails…"
Beside Naruto, Sasuke Uchiha tightened his grip.
"Careful, Naruto. His chakra is still increasing."
Behind them, Sakura Haruno looked at the enemy in shock.
"How is he getting stronger?"
The masked ninja raised his hand toward the sky.
"Forbidden Shadow Jutsu: Dark Eclipse!"
The clouds twisted together, forming a giant sphere of dark chakra above the forest. The ground cracked as shadows spread everywhere.
Naruto clenched his fists.
"I won't let you destroy the Hidden Leaf!"
Suddenly, a powerful voice echoed inside Naruto's mind.
"You need more power, Naruto…"
It was the voice of the Nine-Tailed Fox.
Kurama.
"Use our chakra completely," Kurama said. "Trust me."
Naruto closed his eyes for a moment.
"Alright… let's do this together!"
BOOOOM!
A massive explosion of golden chakra burst out from Naruto's body. The red chakra transformed into a bright golden aura that illuminated the entire forest.
Sasuke's eyes widened.
"That chakra… it's different!"
Naruto opened his glowing eyes.
"I call this… Sage Nine-Tails Mode!"
Golden chakra cloaks surrounded him, forming glowing tails behind his back.
The enemy stepped back slightly.
"Impossible…"
Naruto disappeared.
WHOOSH!
In a blink of an eye he appeared behind the enemy.
Too fast.
"RASENGAN!"
The spinning chakra sphere smashed into the enemy's back, sending him crashing through several giant trees.
BOOOOM!
The ground exploded.
But the enemy stood up again, breathing heavily.
"You… monster…"
Suddenly lightning flashed across the battlefield.
"Perfect timing," Sasuke said.
His hand sparked with intense electricity.
"CHIDORI BLADE!"
At the same time Sakura rushed forward.
"SUPER CHAKRA PUNCH!"
Naruto created multiple golden clones.
"Let's finish this!"
Together, Team 7 launched their final attack.
Golden Rasengan.Lightning Chidori.Sakura's devastating punch.
The attacks collided with the enemy in a massive explosion of light and chakra that shook the entire forest.

When the dust cleared… the battlefield was silent.
Naruto slowly stood up, breathing heavily.
The enemy lay defeated in the crater.
Sasuke looked toward the horizon.
"This fight… was only the beginning."
Sakura nodded.
"Yeah… something bigger is coming."
Naruto looked up at the rising sun over the Hidden Leaf Village.
"No matter what happens… we'll protect it."
And somewhere far away in the shadows… a mysterious figure watched them.
"He has awakened the power… just as predicted."
The next war had already begun.
