It only lasted a few moments before the stinging sensation disappeared and his palm started glowing with a purple light. However, the purple light disappeared soon as well.
"...did it work? Did the meridian on my right palm open?" Allen was confused. But, his confusion was cleared up immediately by a new message from the System.
