"The Phantom…?" Neo said with a puzzled voice.
The alarm repeated itself five times before it went off and everyone went about with their normal lives.
Neo didn't move on yet and was still curious about this phantom character. So he looked at Bryce for an explanation, but for the first time since Neo met him, there was an extremely grim expression on his face.
It was like he had just heard the absolute worst news of his entire life.
"Hey, did you hear me?" Neo shook Bryce's arm, trying to pull him out from his thoughts.
"Huh?" Fortunately, Bryce snapped out of it and forced a small smile on his lips. "Senior…"
"I asked a question, who is this phantom person?" Neo said to Bryce, eager to know more about the global alarm's main character.
Someone so dangerous that a global alarm had to be used to warn people. Who wouldn't be curious?
