The auditorium lights flickered.
Lena's heart raced as the figure stepped closer.

"You…?" Lena whispered.
The person smiled slightly.
"You really thought the performance was the end?"
Lena tightened her grip on the script.
"What is this? What is going on?"
The person walked slowly onto the stage.
"This school… this stage… it was never just about performances."
They pointed toward the curtain.
"Everything you've seen has been part of something bigger."
Lena's voice shook.
"What 'something'?"
The person looked at her, serious now.
"A test."
Silence filled the room.
Lena felt the weight of those words.
"A test for what?" she asked.
The answer came slowly.
"To see who can handle the truth."
