Chapter 1 - 1 New Talent

After the battle of Shinjuku, and the defeat of Ryomen Sukuna, the original Jujutsu Society slowly began to fall apart. Yuta Okkotsu and Maki Zenin moved to the coast of Japan and lived in solitary and Nobara Kugisaki spent the rest of her life spending large amounts of money and defeating curses alongside her friends, Megumi Fushiguro and Yuji Itadori. However, after ten years, Yuji ended up isolating himself and vanishing off into Tokyo, defeating curses and making sure they didn't leave the barriers surrounding the city. However, in the next 75 years, Jujutsu Society had changed for the better, and for the worst.

Jujutsu Society had been shut down completely by Yuji Itadori in the year 2030. Since Satoru Gojo had killed the higher ups, nobody was being assigned any missions due to everyone doing their own thing and killing curses simultaneously, deeming that Jujutsu Society shouldn't be a main thing between sorcerers, however, as long as cursed energy, sorcerers, and curses remained, Jujutsu Society will always be something sorcerers could dive back into in case of emergency.

In the now year, 2093, Tetsuya Fushinari is a new student at the brand new, reformed, Jujutsu High. He awakened his curse technique around the age of 4, and had began using it when he was 13 and had an encounter with a grade 3 curse spirit.

"Tetsuya, are you ready?"

At the sound of his mother's voice, Tetsuya walked downstairs and saw that she had made breakfast for him. As he sat down, he placed his katana down beside him and began to eat the food his mother made for him.

"How is your "curse technique" coming along?"

Tetsuya chuckled at how his mother said it. "It's coming along great, I just need to work on my maximum technique and my domain expansion, but for the most part, it's going great."

"Well that's good to hear. Your father would be proud."

"Yeah."

His mother turned around and looked for any sight of her daughter. "Reina!"

Tetsuya's mother married into one of the new big three families known as the "Fushinari Clan." The clan became big with sorcerers due to their innate technique of soul manipulation, and their various ways of using it with their cursed technique. His father had unfortunately died in battle with a special grade cursed spirit.

"Coming!"

"She's probably putting on makeup for her boyfriend." Tetsuya said, taking a bite of pancakes.

"I am not!"

When she finally came into the kitchen, Tetsuya was getting ready to leave. After hugging his mother, he grabbed his katana and ruffled his sister's hair, messing up her hard work.

"I'll tell Zen you're gonna be late to class."

Reina blushed a bright hue of red as Tetsuya walked out of the house and made his way to Jujutsu High. As he walked, he took note of all the grade 4 curses that were hiding on top of buildings, telephone poles, and even in alleys. He smiled and even waved at some of them.

When he made it to Jujutsu High, his best friend, Zen Arashino, was waiting by the entrance. Zen had light brown hair, a mid fade haircut, pierced ears, black eyes, and tattoos. He was, in short, a pretty boy.

"Yo."

Zen raised his hand and dapped up Tetsuya. "Yo."

As the two walked in, they went into the gym and took their sweatshirts off and began to play a round of basketball.

Zen took the ball and layed it up, catching his rebound and passing the ball to Tetsuya. In return, Tetsuya shot a three point shot, swishing it into the net.

"Where's sensei?"

Zen crossed the ball between his legs and pulled up, shooting a fade away shot. "He hasn't got here yet. Where's your sister?"

Tetsuya caught the rebound and jumped up, dunking the ball and staring at Zen. "You're not hooking up with my sister."

"Come on man, you know I'm not that kind of guy."

"We've been friends since we were kids, I know you're that kind of guy."

Tetsuya smiled as he caught the ball that Zen threw at him. He threw it back at the same velocity, and the two began going back and forth. While they were throwing the ball, the gym doors swung open and their teacher stepped through.

"That's enough you two. Come on, it's time for your lesson."

As the two walked into their classroom, two other students were present. Daizen Zenin, descendant of Megumi Fushiguro and weilder of the Ten Shadows technique, and Rin Amagiri, user of the pulse breaker curse technique.

"Look who finally showed up." Rin said.

Tetsuya waved and smiled as he sat down. "He got upset because he lost in a round of horse."

"Did not."

"Did to."

"Did not."

"Did to."

"That's enough. Everyone sit down, we're about to start your usual hour lesson before I release you all onto missions."

As everyone sat down, Tetsuya and Zen sat in the back and as always, began to slack off.

"Today's lesson is on the Reverse Cursed Technique. Does anybody know what you must do in order to achieve this?"

Daizen looked up and thought for a moment. "You need to multiply cursed energy against itself or something like that right?"

Genji Sensei turned around and began writing an equation on the board. "Why is that?"

"Cursed energy is negative energy, so it's like basic math. Reverse Cursed Technique requires positive energy, so if you multiply your own cursed energy against itself, you generate positive cursed energy."

"Correct. Is Daizen my only student with a brain?"

Zen sighed. "Can you blame him? He is the descendant of one of the smartest sorcerers, Megumi Fushiguro."

"I still don't see how when we have two different last names."

"Genji Sensei. Can you explain it to him?" Tetsuya requested.

"Megumi is the son of Toji Zenin, who left the Zenin clan and married a common woman and took her last name. However, after Toji lost his wife, he offered Megumi off to the Zenin clan once his technique became fully realized, but soon after this, he would meet his fate after a battle with Satoru Gojo and Geto Suguru. Despite his last name, Megumi is of Zenin blood, the clan was just disbanded due to Maki Zenin killing off the Zenin clan members after her sister was killed, so anybody of Zenin blood that wasn't there lived normal lives, and then you came about."

"Wow."

Genji turned around and stared at his class. "Does anyone else know what Reverse Cursed Technique can be applied to?"

"Your own cursed technique?"

"Correct, Tetsuya." Genji turned and wrote down another equation. "The best example for this is the Gojo clan's technique, Red. When the user applies Reverse Cursed Energy into the cursed technique, Blue, they create what is essentially the opposite of the technique, and since Blue pulls things into it, Red repels everything away. Does everyone understand?"

"Yes." Everyone said in unison.

"Good. Now lets get outside so we can train on this, and I'll release you all."

As everyone went outside, each person got a partner and began sparring. They were to bruise each other up enough to where they each got small cuts.

Tetsuya and Zen stood 10 feet away from one another, Tetsuya with a wooden katana and Zen using nothing but his hands.

"You are allowed to use your curse techniques. Begin!"

Tetsuya took the offensive and quickly dashed toward Zen, slashing upwards and bringing it down quickly as Zen dodged. Zen ducked and used a leg sweep to get Tetsuya off his feet, but he jumped into the air and slammed his blade down, clashing with a black shield made of ink from Zen's cursed technique, Black Ink Manifest.

Daizen and Rin both chased each other around. Rin needed to get up close to use her cursed technique, but Daizen could use his shikigami to keep distance against Rin.

"How long are you going to keep running?" Rin asked.

"Enough until you're tired. Nue!"

After summoning a large, brown owl like bird, Daizen took to the sky and commanded Nue to fly down and use its purple lightning to stun Rin. Rin saw this coming and ran away.

"Cheeky bastard."

As Nue got closer, Rin turned and grabbed Nue's face. "Rhythm Disruption!"

"Shit! I didn't know she could touch me and do it also. But if this is the only ability she has where she has to touch me in order to disrupt my movement, I can still win."

Rin jumped atop Nue and punched Daizen off. Daizen summoned a wooden staff from his shadow and rushed Rin. The two traded blows, before Daizen ducked under her and made a snake formation in his hand.

"Great Serpent: Orochi!"

A gigantic snake suddenly burst through the ground and bit Rin, stopping her movement. Daizen then summoned Nue and had it repeatedly hit Rin, causing damage and paralysis.

Genji went and stood next to a man in a hood. "How's it been?"

"It's going."

"How's Kugisaki?"

"She won't live much longer. These are the new first years right?"

"Yes."

"That boy with the Ten Shadows technique, the move he's using is the same one Megumi used against Sukuna when he took over my body for the second time."

"Reminiscing about the past? That doesn't seem like you, Itadori Sensei."

"True, but when you live long like I have, there isn't much else to do."

By this point, Rin and Daizen had stopped fighting, due to Zen and Tetsuya getting out of control.

Zen drew three tigers, and they each went to attack Tetsuya. When Tetsuya blocked them, he rushed at Zen, kicking him away and using cursed energy as a sharp edge and swung at Zen, narrowly missing.

Zen drew a black sword and the two went blow for blow. With a clash between the two, Tetsuya took a stance and began to use his curse technique, Grave Ledger.

Grave Ledger allows the user records the souls of those they defeat. Each soul grants temporary stat boosts or abilities.

"Debt Release." With this extension of his technique, Tetsuya can spend stored up souls to amplify his strength of speed, and in this case, he would choose speed.

Zen saw this and pulled out his pen and began drawing.

"Ink Beast: Fire Breathing Dragon."

With this, a black dragon with orange eyes rose behind Zen, and Tetsuya released his cursed energy, and so did Zen. Within the next instant, the both vanished, and the dragon released a breath of fire.

"Shit! They've lost their minds!"

"Need my help?"

"Nah, I've got a plan." Genji jumped down and slid down the hill he was standing on. "Rin, slow them down!"

"Yes sir!"

"Daizen! Summon Nue!"

"Pulse Breaker: Lag Step!"

"Nue!"

Zen and Tetsuya noticed their speed had slowed, and when they looked over, a bird with purple lightning made contact with both of them and before they could continue, Genji jumped between them and threw them in opposite directions.

"You two are crazy. You're bruised enough."

"Man, no fun. Wasted souls for nothing."

"I would've won, just so you know."

Tetsuya looked away. "Get a load of this guy."

Stepping outside the school, Reina saw what happened and shook her head as she went back inside.

"Well, now that everyone is bruised enough. Think about what you just learned and do it."

As everyone sat there, they concentrated on their lesson and slowly, Genji and Itadori watched everyone slowly heal themselves.

"Great work everybody."

As everyone stood, they took notice of the man in the hood behind Genji.

"Everyone, I want you all to meet the strongest sorcerer in history, Yuji Itadori."
