Chapter 7 - A White Candle

(He opens his eyelids once more.)

Omar: Really, this is tiring. Every time, I feel as if my emotions are disappearing. Hmmm... it doesn't matter now.

(He sees a small shop where a boy is standing)

Omar: What year are we in?

Boy: We are in the year 1916. Can you tell me what happened over the past 100 years?

(The boy tells him the story)

Omar: Who are the Chosen Ones?

Boy: I will explain, but in exchange for you buying something from me.

Omar: Alright, what are you selling?

Boy: I have rare items, because this is originally my grandfather's shop.

Omar: I'm Omar. I want this hat.

Boy: This is just a regular hat, not special. How about a sword from...

(Omar summons his sword)

Boy: What? How? How did you do that?

Omar: Give me the hat. There, we have a deal. Now, what's important is, who are the Chosen Ones?

Boy: They are a group of 7 stars, each star carrying out a mission, but they are retired now. Age has taken its toll on them; they've grown too old to continue fighting.

Omar: Do you know where they are?

Boy: I'll ask my grandfather.

(Five minutes later)

Boy: He says in the mountain house.

(Omar leaves)

Omar: Oh God! All this trouble...

(He knocks on the door)

???: Please, come in.

Omar: Peace be upon you, auntie. I'm Omar, a traveler. I want to know if any of the Chosen Ones are still here.

Aseel: I am Aseel. I am the last of the Chosen Ones. All of them have either died or left the team. Please, come in. Leave your sword outside.

(Omar enters and sits down)

Omar: Alright, so did you find the Potion of Return?

Aseel: No, there's no such thing. There's a similar potion called the Potion of Immortality, but they're both meaningless, really. Don't tire yourself; death will never stop.

Omar: Stop.

(Omar summons his sword)

Omar: I know you won't believe me, but I am immortal. Therefore, stop deceiving me and trying to say there's no such thing as the Potion of Immortality. From all the talk and the banners all over the country, it means you know something.

Aseel: Alright, I'm old enough to tell you the goal we failed to achieve. I and the rest of the Chosen Ones, our goal was to search for the Potion of Immortality and similar potions. They are made from thousands of war dead and were the weapon of massive kingdoms to bring tyrants back to the world. The creation of the potion stopped millions of years ago. The remaining potions are a legacy. The solution now is to find a single potion, and that's impossible. But rumors say it's in... or do you want to know? Come with me to the basement.

(Omar and Aseel go to the Chosen Ones' basement)

(He finds the place filled with all kinds of weapons and money)

Aseel: Do you want to know why we didn't find the potions? Here.

(She pulls down a cloth from a giant board)

Aseel: This is a map of the world, the real world map.

Omar: How? This is twice the size of the world.

Aseel: We have discovered the entire world. We found many continents. One of the continents we were able to tell others about is Australia in 1770, and the same goes for a continent called America, which was discovered in the past by the previous generation. Now it's controlled by a government called America, which is planned to be the center of the world in the future. But don't worry, it will fall because the world's plan doesn't last long. Anyway... the rest of the world's continents were undiscovered because of the poles, which prevent entry. Each ice cap is a path to another axis, the two missing continents: a continent underground, and the hidden land continent.

Omar: You still haven't told me why you all did this, and where are the potions?

Aseel: Didn't you understand? We searched for them all over the world. Only two remain. There's a chance they are in them. We are no longer working. We, or those before us, aimed for the potion to prevent the Dajjal from emerging. He is the greatest tyrant who will appear. If we don't stop him, the end will befall humanity. In any case, it seems we are nearing the end.

Omar: Why are you telling me all this?

Aseel: Because I saw your sword in the trench; I knew you were this mass of blood. And it's no coincidence that I find the same person, or that someone comes to me after all these years. Besides all that, do you think I'd let just anyone in? For anyone under 64, the door won't allow them to enter.

Omar: Alright, why hasn't anyone older come to you, as you say?

Aseel: Simply because they know every piece of information about me; they already have it. The difference is that what I can guarantee is that the Potion of Immortality is gone. If anything is left, it's not for returning. I just know what you're going to say: Are there still people who drank it before it disappeared? No, because they most likely know well that there's no point in living forever. Every person who drinks the potion has a way to get rid of it, even you. You surely have a way like the Door or the Blood. Now that you understand, do you want to know where the Potion of Return is?

Omar: Of course, I want to finish this quickly. Okay, wait, before that, how will the Dajjal emerge then?

Aseel: The Dajjal is not related to the potion; it's related to humanity's curse upon him. Meaning, the more sparks that lead to murder, adultery, usury, and... and... and..., the faster his emergence will be. That's why we were trying to stop his return and keep the world in balance. Just as Yemen represents the Arabs in terms of lineage, so too do all parts of the world represent lineages, like Egypt and Iraq. We Arabs, after we stopped being human beasts, managed to become heroes to bring equality to the world. The problem is that there are still Arabs who think just because they have money or some freedom of expression, they can bring the rest back to a state of backwardness. It makes no difference if the Arab countries are in decline for the sake of honor, knowledge, and dignity. That's why, after more than 150 years, you'll notice hatred and strife. Don't pay attention to them, even if the country is in decline. Anyway, to know your path to the Potion of Return: the world's continents, the underground world continent, and the hidden land continent. But there is a country that ruled the world for a time, and that is England.

Omar: So, where is the next destination?

Aseel: To England. Take this bag of money; you will need it to get things along the way. Also, this is one of the most powerful stones; use it wisely. And also, take this book to learn English.

(After Omar leaves to begin his journey to England)

Aseel: It's really strange that he believes the door only opens for those over 64. Stupid. But it's natural for him to believe it. For someone who has lived all this time, it's hard not to believe anything now.

Omar: I can hear you.

Aseel: I wanted you to hear.

(On the way, Omar goes to Egypt to see his house in Egypt after all this time...)

Omar: Hello, old man. Where is the house that used to have a blacksmith area next to it?

???: I don't know what you're talking about.

Omar: A house that was abandoned.

???: I expect you mean the sword merchant's house. It's an old house that was surrounded by weapons shops, but that's in the past. Now this area has turned into a place for food merchants.

Omar: Alright, thank you.

???: Right, who are you, boy?

Omar: I'm a traveler. I had relatives who owned this house, and I've inherited it now.

(Omar goes to the door, opens it, and finds it in a deplorable state. He keeps searching that night to find anything related to who his father or mother was, except for one room in the whole house, until he enters their room)

Omar: I'm tired, I want to sleep.

(He goes to his room. He thinks about searching the second floor where the bed is before he sleeps. His eye starts to glow under the bed, and he finds a box)

Omar: What is this? An armored box! What is this immense power on it? How could there be a box like this in my father's time? I can't open it! The keyhole is different, it looks like a crescent.

(The mark in Omar's eye points to the upper floor)

(He goes and finds his old sword in the same place)

Omar: My father always used an iron seal on every sword in the shape of a crescent.

(He takes the box and sits on the bed leaning against the wall)

(Omar grabs his old sword and opens the box with it)

(He finds a small book inside, seemingly made of 19 pages)

(He finds inside a bag of gold, a single black stone combined with some strange white metal, and another stone of black steel also merged with a piece of the strange white metal)

(They appear to be very powerful stones, but they bear an unknown symbol)

Omar: How did my father possess a stone like this?

(The Book of the Path to the Fall of the Head):

Introduction:

We who wrote this book did so with the vast knowledge that it will reach a user in a time when the potion was used. It is expected that certainly no one uses this book anymore or will read it, due to their lack of desire to remain immortal.

(Omar opens the book. Paragraph One: The Bottleneck):

In the beginning, there was a group of Emissaries and Wanderers. We, the Emissaries, possessed deep knowledge of the laws of the universe and corrupt entities. The Wanderers protected the world from destruction using their power and weapons.

Then a small stone came from the sky, the most powerful stone in the universe. It fell during the dawn of the universe and its expansion. Its purpose was to split into millions of pieces to end the worlds and reduce their number.

Among these stones, there was a special stone that pierced all dimensions and destroyed millions of planets until it reached Earth, appearing weak on the outside. We, the Emissaries, managed to create "Potions of Return." But there are those who stole a part of the stone to create Potions of Immortality. However, one of the properties of the stone has always been time. Therefore, to change the goal of remaining immortal forever, there is the Door where the user stops when they understand.

Paragraph Two: The Head:

For every substance, there is a transformation, and this transformation depends on the substance.

We, the Emissaries, managed to control the white stone, transforming it into a special kind of potion that gives a person the chance to fix the mistakes they made and amend them. The Potion of Return was sent to the very few among the nobles and people of high status. As time passed, a thousand copies of the Potion of Immortality had been created. Those who used it discovered that life is meaningless when they watch all their loved ones die. There is nothing left for them to do, so they exit through the Door or from a drop of blood.

Paragraph Three: The Ribs:

How did the Potions of Immortality and Return come to be? When the stone fell from the sky, more than one fragment scattered across planet Earth, and a liquid came out of it. From this liquid, he was able to merge it with...

Omar: Why is this part erased?

The Potion of Immortality is a potion from the same stone. The difference is that the one who turned this stone into a potion was a sorcerer who, using the blood of humans and the corpses of the dead, managed to achieve the Potion of Immortality.

For someone who used the Potion of Immortality to die, the part and the atoms that are in an unstable state in the user's body must be separated. And if it explodes, it will destroy the world, and the nuclear power inside every atom reaches a state comparable to the size of the sun. Because even if a single atom is destroyed, it means an amount equal to the sun, and this is not enough to kill him. Every atom must be destroyed, which makes its explosion reach a level higher than a sphere holding a universe of the multiverse. Simply put, there must be nothingness for the entire body, so that nothing remains in it, and this is impossible. Moreover, from our studies, even if this happens, he will return to life after approximately 13.8 billion years, and he will be in the same dimension or another if life returns to him, or a fragment is spread in a womb so he is born again.

Paragraph Four: The Soul:

There is no way to end the user of the potion or destroy him from any dimension or erase him, because a complete protection is placed on him against all beings that try to change the course of his life. The user of the potion cannot be destroyed or killed by any human or jinn except in combat, and even if they win, he returns after 100 years. There is no power that can stop the white stone, and this stone is the Stone of Immortality.

The only solution is exiting through the Door by the user's desire, or drinking a drop of blood from someone they love. No living creature can subjugate him.

Restricting the user of the potion to their human and physical traits makes them like the stone, very small but powerful to the degree of worlds and more.

Paragraph Five: The Heart:

One of the abilities of the white stone that was created so people could neutralize it is that there is always a Door through which anyone who drinks the potion can exit. It was calculated that if a curse or an allocation exists, this Door does not exist, such as a contract or a promise.

If this covenant is fulfilled, the Door disappears until the covenant returns as it rightfully should.

The potion if it comes out of the flask and is poured onto a being that is neither human nor jinn, its effect is nullified, and the potion does not affect unless it is drunk.

But for those who had a desire related to life, they must drink a drop of blood from someone they loved.

However, if a bond was placed between him and someone, this drop of blood must be from them.

Paragraph Six: The Body:

The white and black stones, and the stones that came from the beginning of the universe, are special composition and fixation stones.

When installed, you cannot remove them; they become active using power on the object they are placed on, such as swords that have a type of power on them.

Cosmic stones activate to help the user with their full power. Therefore, limits are placed on them when they are put into a sword so that they are unable to destroy the universe.

Omar: What is this... all of this, really? All these studies? How am I supposed to concentrate?

(Omar finds a paper inside the box with writing on it):

I was always by your side, my brother, and you, Kwaki, in my hardest times in wars and forces, we were one hand. I know I was not blessed with a child, but you were blessed and you gave up using the stones until your return. I leave these stones for you. The stone inside is a merger with the body of the most powerful steel user in the world; he used steel for all fields. Someone managed to merge his stone with a piece of the white stone. Unfortunately, he is among those who have no number on the stone as you know, he is not a normal human from the beginning, he is like the Wanderers of the world.

I want you to use these stones very wisely, they could be the most powerful weapon in the world. The first stone is made of iron, and you know that's the best thing for weapons, blacksmith.

(Omar leaves the stones in his bag and hides the box again but in a safer place, and goes to sleep, a tear falling from his eye)

(During this period of the journey, Omar learns the English language, and thinking as he changed his name from Omar to Sato, he will change it to Max as well...)

(Omar wakes up the next day to head to England)

(While he is on the train, with news of the end of World War I happening in Europe, he went to the President of England for an interview to talk)

(After a while, Omar finally enters to see the President)

President: Listen, before anything else, hide this sword so no one attacks you.

Max: You know, I won't trust you, and I won't hide my sword.

President: Alright, as you wish. So, what do you want?

Max: Simply put, I'm looking for the Potion of Return. I received news that you have it.

President: And why do you think if I had it I would give it to you?

Max: Simply put, I will kill you. I hate what you and the rest of the countries are doing, filth and disgust. Have you forgotten?

President: Generally, I don't have it, nor does any country from World War I. But how do you know about potions like this?

Max: That's none of your concern.

(The President presses a button on the table)

(Men from the ceiling fire shots at Max)

(Max uses his focus ability, notices the tranquilizer dart, and dodges it)

President: You noticed it. I knew you were good at this. What do you think about helping us in our war against Germany? And I promise you we will find the potion if it's in Germany. But currently, Germany has a second person of ours from the men we placed there. He is creating a party called the Nazi Party. Our goal is to leave things as they are so we don't rush. Until then, you can live and train here; we have the strongest men like you.

Max: No thanks, I want to leave here.

President: Alright.

(He takes a piece of paper out of his pocket, uses some water from a flask with strange symbols on it, and the paper transforms after merging into a raven)

Max: What is this?

President: This is a Hebi illusion, a mirage. I can, using crafted paper... this bird will come to you out of nowhere when we need you, or when you need us. You can summon it with this paper and this symbol.

Max: Alright, thanks. But why would you think I'd need you?

President: I don't know, but you are immortal, and you have some blue marks on you. We won't be able to extract immortality or anything else from you, because we actually tried with others, and from the legends that tell of these many attempts. Therefore, I want you to help us, and we will help you in your time of need.

Max: Alright, thanks. I want to see your military weapons manufacturing area. I want to buy and manufacture a weapon. Can you also give me a passport to enter all countries? And finally, a place to sleep.

President: Loki, bring me a black passport. What do you think about seeing England first, and then you can come back and Loki will go with you?

Max: Alright, I will explore England after I go to the weapons shop.

(Loki comes with him bringing the passport)

President: Here, this is the passport.

(Loki takes Max to the weapons manufacturing site and gives him the key to a room next to the site)

Loki: Here, this is the place. Anything else, tell anyone from the security men.

Max: Alright.

Max: Hello, old man. I want to see all kinds of weapons, the pistols and the classes you have. It needs to be able to withstand this stone. Alright, I want you to extract from it and make the weapon with it.

Merchant: Whatever it is, it must be a low-cost stone.

(The merchant starts to laugh. He puts the stone on the table)

Merchant: How can you possess such a rare stone? This is worth millions!

Max: Alright, I want you to make me this weapon.

(He points to the FN-571 weapon)

Merchant: A weapon hidden from the world, only used by a few in wars. It wasn't known how to make something like it except in America, but this is a similar English version now.

Max: I don't care, just use it. And besides that, don't think you will get money equal to the price of the stone or even a quarter of it. You will only get the manufacturing cost. Tell me when you're done.

(During this week, Max goes to see England. He enters archaeological museums and sees Egyptian artifacts and items stolen from other countries through looting and colonialism. He sees things from all over the world)

Max: Really, you have no history other than stolen history. Well, it doesn't matter, I can't do anything about it.

(Max enters a library)

Max: What is this massive place full of books? Alright, let's browse the books until we find the best one. I think a book about the history of England, no. Hmm... I want anything related to history.

A book by William Shakespeare, a playwright. Doesn't even deserve a look.

A book by Sherlock Holmes, Arthur Conan Doyle. A novel? Let's give it a try.

(An hour later, Max stands in front of the librarian)

Max: Hello, I want to buy this book.

Librarian: Alright, do you want the whole collection or just this one?

Max: Alright, give me the collection.

(Max returns to the merchant after a week has passed)

Max: Well? Are you done or not?

Merchant: Here you go, this is the pistol.

(After grabbing the pistol, Max summons his sword)

Merchant: Huh? What are you doing? How did you do that? How do you get these powers?

(Omar ignores him and stabilizes his sword. He strikes the pistol against the sword, but nothing happens to the sword)

Omar: You liar! Where is the pistol?

(Omar puts the sword in front of his eye)

Merchant: I swear to you I will give it to you, but let me go!

(The merchant takes out the real pistol and gives it to him)

(He does the same test again, and his sword breaks)

Merchant: Don't you care about your sword? Or what? Why?

Max: Don't worry, I wanted to break it. And besides, I can restore it to how it was if I want to. Did you make any bullets for the weapon? Make me a diverse assortment with these stones.

Merchant: Alright.

(He goes to the swords factory, and the blacksmith asks the area to pay a sum for 8 hours)

Max: Alright, let's go.

(Max destroys and shatters his sword and begins using the second stone he possesses to make an incredibly powerful sword. He manages to do this using a stone from the ones Aseel gave him, which is a stone that makes the sword bloody and absorbs the user's blood to make the sword stronger. A single drop of it makes the sword five times stronger and heavier to carry)

(And after he finishes, he heads to the hidden land)
