Yuichiro really didn't want to help Luke, and the guy in front of him wasn't real anyway, even though Luke wasn't a Vampire but rather a good friend or even family to everyone at the Hyakuya Orphanage.

It was clear that Mika was constantly looking for a chance to pull away, but Krul didn't seem to want to give him that chance, staying close for hand-to-hand combat, with every attack being extremely fierce.
Her brother had suddenly been imprisoned in a room built of stone walls, so Krul was naturally worried. She stopped watching from the rooftop and joined in with Kyle.
