Chapter 2 - Chapter 2 :"Don't worry, it seems the pot is putting up a fight, hahaha!"

After Kyle and his group escaped, and Gregor's unsurprising disappearance,

in the demonic shrine lay a figure, completely still. With black hair, tattered clothes, and a body riddled with serious injuries, he lay there.

Of course, it was Allen.

But now he was no longer Allen; he was a corpse. A wicked being had stolen him.

Because who else but him was the one who instilled fear in the hearts of all humans, the one who defied all odds and ruled the demons, uniting them? Who else but the Demon King, defeated by the hero Deimos?

Even though Allen lay there, the four-armed mongoose and the Soul Hunter gazed upon him longingly, for naturally,

the time had come for the King to return.

Because... he had opened the door!

Allen's eyes opened in a terrifying way; his pupils had turned black, revealing the green color that symbolizes death.

At this sight, the Soul Hunter and the Four-Armed Weasel knelt on the ground.

For he had finally awakened.

After countless useless bodies exploding upon his possession or any attempt to possess them, the king had finally roused himself.

And then, the first words the resurrected Demon King uttered were:

"Finally, I will have normal sex and live the life I want."

Amidst the reverence of the Soul Hunter and the Four-Armed Weasel, no one dared to respond.

But the Soul Hunter's body trembled with profound sadness.

After these words, the newly resurrected Demon King looked sadly at the Soul Hunter, then rushed towards him and patted his head in a way that was both sad and comical.

"Sorry, Lucy. What I meant wasn't that you didn't satisfy me or anything; I just wanted to have sex with a real body, not as a spirit." The Demon King consoled the Soul Hunter, for she was, in fact, a very cute, light purple-haired girl.

Only the cloak concealed her exquisitely delicate body.

The Soul Hunter was a body created by the Demon King Deimos to satisfy his lustful desires.

"Really, my lord?!" Lucy responded in a sweet, deeply sad voice, a stark contrast to the terrifying face she had shown the adventurers who had entered the labyrinth.

Demus patted her head with Alin's body, apologizing.

"Don't worry, Lucy. After we eliminate these people, I'll have sex with you," Demus replied, his expression utterly comical, promising Lucy sex.

Lucy's sad face transformed into one of immense joy and happiness.

Her goal was to please her master, and she had succeeded, remaining a spirit for thirty years.

Now, back in reality, Deimos assessed the new body he had acquired.

"Although he appears quite weak, he possesses some abilities I'm unaware of," Deimos remarked, examining Alin's body.

Just as Deimos was attempting to read Alin's memories, he was startled by a sudden attack.

Attack!!!

Block!!!

But Deimos blocked this attack with incredible speed, creating a light mass of demonic mana and launching it as a slashing attack in the direction of the attack. A small explosion followed the attack of the green and black slashes, which resembled a crescent moon, and the culprit appeared.

Which was, of course, the real Gregor.

After realizing he had been discovered, Gregor tried to escape.

But Deimos's attack was enough to capture him.

Gregor, who was extremely reckless and thought he had heard everything, knelt on the ground and began apologizing.

"I am so sorry, Demon King."

Despite Gregor's apology, something terrifying screamed at him:

"How dare you... how dare you!!!!, you insect!!!!!"

Lucy screamed, her face a terrifying, spine-chilling expression, before the foolish Gregor, who was utterly terrified.

In truth, Gregor was a fool for his direct attack.

He hadn't sensed Lucy's power, nor the four-armed mongoose, whose aura had transformed into that of a tall, handsome, muscular man with magnificent red hair.

"That seems to suit you, Martin," Deimos said, looking at the mongoose, now in human form and named Martin. Martin, too, was a creation of Deimos and Lucy, at least to have someone to follow him.

Anyway, back to Gregor, who was utterly bewildered. He hadn't sensed Lucy's or Martin's power, but rather the power of Aline, whom he had mistaken for a weak monster draining his strength.

But the monster Gregor thought was no ordinary beast. It was the Demon King, who had terrorized the world for fifty years.

This time, who would have expected the Demon King to be alive?

And with such immense, terrifying power!

Gregor was holding back He was so embarrassed he almost wet his pants because of his S rank, but he hadn't expected:

That Demus would grab him with one hand, lift him up, and say with a smile,

"Or the bastard who carried bags fifty years ago has grown old and become a high-ranking old man."

After Deimos said this, Gregor was taken aback, and the first thought that came to his mind was, "How does that bastard know this?"

As Gregor pondered, he was startled by Deimos, who hurled him against a wall.

The impact was so powerful that it caused Gregor serious pain.

He began coughing up blood as he gazed at the terrifying aura of the Demon King and his equally terrifying followers.

Deimos continued, laughing.

"You think I don't know anything? Let me tell you, I remember the faces of everyone who fought against me, even a cockroach that happened to pass by." Deimos's laughing and terrifying expression was unsettling to Gregor, who trembled.

Gregor was truly a porter back then.

He was a lowly man, his power level F.

He was bullied by everyone.

But after the war, he rose to become one of the world's most renowned mercenaries.

Or perhaps, more accurately, one of the world's most notorious con artists.

Because Gregor's power was based on deception.

Grigo's strength lay in people believing his lies.

His power was fraud. Seeing that this generation was foolish, he managed to deceive them with his rank, which actually increased because people believed him.

But it naturally dropped after he saw the Grim Reaper Lucy,

whom Gregor Martin discovered with a speed he never expected.

So he wanted to devise a clever plan to defeat Martin and take some advantage of him.

Then Lucy finished.

But he really underestimated the followers of the Demon King Deimos.

Not them, but Deimos himself.

Who picked him up and choked him with all his might.

Gregor couldn't bear this humiliation, so he wet his pants.

Then a slap!!!!

Because of this insult, Lucy punched Gregor and sent him flying.

Then she turned to Deimos and knelt, apologizing:

"I'm sorry, sir. I couldn't contain my anger."

But Deimos ignored her apology and ordered her to stand.

Then he went to the old trickster and smiled at him:

"Oh! You cheap porter, actually, I want to tell you something."

After Deimos spoke, he took a black substance from his hand and played with it. Then he looked at Gregor, laughing:

"Actually, porter, this maze is just a trick to get me a vessel through which I can materialize. As for the resources, none of them are real."

After the Demon King said this, Gregor was utterly horrified.

"So you mean...?"

And just as Gregor was speaking,

A throw!

A hit!

A scream!

Deimos fashioned a brilliantly golden spear from the sticky, black-green substance and hurled it at Gregor's arm, which was clinging to the wall as he screamed.

Then he advanced toward him with a terrifying face.

"Actually, you deceitful porter, I didn't mean to do anything to you, but since the vessel's corpse feels resentment toward you, perhaps this thing has enraged me."

Then, after saying this, Deimos snapped his fingers:

Crack!

Explosion!

Cut!

Scream!

Deimos detonated the spear embedded in Gregor's arm, severing it and causing a profuse flow of blood.

Gregor wept bitterly, clutching his severed arm, berating himself.

He shouldn't have attacked so directly without being certain.

But who knew?

That the aura Deimos inherited had erased Lucy and Martin's traces.

Gregor, the mercenary who had once led a powerful squad, had betrayed them. He hadn't realized he'd been dragged into this mess.

Therefore, he had only one option:

To flatter the Demon King, Deimos.

Just as he was about to speak,

A hole!

Gregor was startled when a mongoose's arm pierced his chest.

Of course, it was Martin who had attacked him.

Demus looked at Martin, who knelt before him after attacking Gregor. "I'm sorry, sir, for the direct attack. I couldn't tolerate such filth," Martin apologized.

Then Deimos looked at Lucy and Martin, who were kneeling, and said,

"Today I am happy with my new body, so don't worry, because you are about to witness a beautiful spectacle."

After Demus said this, Martin and Lucy smiled, and Gregor's face turned white with fear.

He didn't have to hide, and thoughts began to race: Why had I followed my lust? What had I done? I had been searching for resources that turned out to be nothing more than a means of seduction.

As Gregor cursed, he felt green tattoos eating away at his flesh.

Of course, those tattoos were the result of Demus's spear.

Gregor felt himself crumbling like dust.

"Damn it!! Demon King, save me!!! Please, I'll do anything. I'll be your slave!!!!"

Gregor began screaming like a child who had lost his parents on their trip to the beach.

But Deimos looked at him and said in a chillingly logical voice:

"Humans are disgusting, selfish creatures who care only about their damned lives. If I were you, I wouldn't have played the mercenary and gone there."

After Deimos said this, Gregor was reduced to nothing but crumbs.

The deceitful Gregor's life ended in a truly ridiculous way.

After Gregor's gruesome death, Demus turned to Maran and Lucy, smiled, and said:

"Let's go find my eight wives. I miss having sex with them."

After saying this, Demus felt something.

A pulse!

Deimos felt Aline's heartbeat.

"Sir?!"

Martin and Lucy screamed as they ran towards Demos,

who smiled and said in a funny voice:

"Don't worry, it seems the pot is putting up a fight, hahaha!"
