Before Sean could retaliate with his fist, I grabbed his arm and he looked down at me. His eyes had gone dark grey, his wolf staring back out at me, angry but confused. My wolf flashed her eyes at him gently, offering some calm, and Sean blinked before turning back to stand in front of me again.
"Hiding her again?" Michael laughed. "Hey, what's with the pink marks you've got going on?"
I rubbed at my scarred skin and frowned. "I-I-"
A dominating presence suddenly came up from behind me and I tensed hard when the heat from his skin warmed my back. That was extremely sudden. Did he teleport?
The three men in front of us immediately dropped their heads, bowing from the sheer power radiating off him alone.
