Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: The Hidden Heir:Entering God’s Sanctuary

Veer Raheja had never known the full weight of the life he was born into. Wealth, status, and influence surrounded his family like a protective shell, yet he remained oblivious to the privileges of his bloodline. To him, life was simple: provide a better future for his mother and younger sister, and earn enough to survive. That simplicity ended the moment he stepped into the strange, perilous world known as God's Sanctuary.

Before his first entrance, Veer completed compulsory education, honing skills with various weapons and martial techniques. Though he could wield a sword, a spear, or even a bow with precision, nothing could have prepared him for what awaited beyond the teleportation portal. Humanity had long mastered space teleportation, yet no one truly understood the chaotic worlds they might land in.

The portal opened to a place where modern technology was worthless. Firearms jammed, energy-based weapons sputtered, and the cold, sharp weapons of old were the only reliable tools. Creatures of every form and size roamed freely, many of them deadly. To survive, humans had to fight, evolve, and harvest the very beasts they slew. Those who ate the flesh of powerful creatures could gain geno points and evolve their bodies, increasing strength, lifespan, and the potential to wield mystical arts.

Veer's first encounter changed everything. While cautiously exploring the Steel Armor Shelter, he saw a figure shapeshifting into a massive horse. Without thinking, he lunged, mistaking the creature for a beast, and stabbed it in the rear. The figure howled in surprise—Qin Xuan. Though she was more formidable than any human Veer had faced, the misunderstanding earned him a humiliating nickname: "Ass Freak." The entire shelter whispered and snickered at his mishap, and Veer had no choice but to endure their mockery.

Yet the mishap led to discovery. While scavenging for food, Veer came across a seemingly ordinary black beetle, its shell glinting faintly in the sunlight. With his dagger, he struck swiftly and the creature fell easily. Inside its shell lay a black crystal, mysterious and radiant. When Veer held it, a strange warmth coursed through his fingers, and he realized the crystal was no ordinary gem—it could enhance creatures, leveling them up when consumed.

Curiosity overpowered hunger. Veer experimented cautiously, feeding the crystal to a small, injured green-scaled beast he had captured. The transformation was astonishing. Its scales darkened, claws sharpened, and vitality surged through its body. He had discovered something far beyond ordinary geno points—this crystal was a key to Sacred-Blood evolution.

Not content with observation, Veer consumed the Sacred Black Beetle's meat himself. A golden aura enveloped his body, shaping into sleek, protective armor. It was light, flexible, and exuded power—the Sacred-Blood Beetle's armor, now fused with his being. Moving within it, Veer felt both agile and formidable, as if his body had been reborn for battle.

This armor became the cornerstone of his hidden identity. In the sanctuary, he would be known only as Shadow Talon—a deadly hunter whose true face and lineage remained unknown. While the world saw Veer as the clumsy "Ass Freak," only he knew the potential lurking beneath. Each step, each kill, and each evolved creature added to his strength, slowly building the man who could rival the mightiest spirits of God's Sanctuary.

Over the next few hours, Veer hunted mantises and other minor creatures, collecting carcasses and geno essence with methodical precision. Each victory increased his power, yet he remained cautious. His armor allowed him to move unnoticed when necessary, and his alias kept him invisible in reputation. Selling the remains of his kills discreetly, he began crafting the first steps of a dual identity: a naive boy in the public eye, and Shadow Talon, the rising predator in God's Sanctuary.

As night fell, Veer reflected on the journey ahead. He knew this was only the beginning. The sanctuary was vast, dangerous, and unpredictable, yet it also offered unparalleled opportunities for growth. Hidden from the world and shielded by his armor, he could pursue both survival and mastery, slowly unraveling the secrets of geno points, Sacred-Blood evolution, and the countless mysteries waiting in this strange new realm.

And though his mother and sister were far away, safe in the comforts of his real-world family home, Veer's resolve strengthened. He would rise—not as the heir everyone expected, nor as the boy everyone mocked—but as Shadow Talon, the hidden heir who could walk unseen through God's Sanctuary, hunting, evolving, and preparing for the moment when his true power would reveal itself.
