Keifer'sPOV
"How long have you guys been standing out here?" I demanded, narrowing my eyes at the group of grinning idiots.
Percy smirked, crossing his arms. "Oh, pretty much since you decided that a puppy should be named Caretaker."
I rolled my eyes, letting out a frustrated sigh. "Whatever. Come on, let's just go inside."
We all began walking into the mansion. While the rest of the guys drifted out toward the spacious garden to mess around, Yuri, David, and I sat down in the living room. The playful atmosphere instantly vanished, replaced by a heavy, serious tension as we began discussing our plan to finally pull Drew completely out of the loan shark's grasp.
"Let's just pull him out right now," David stated firmly, leaning forward. "The loan shark probably thinks Drew has already been caught by us anyway."
I nodded in agreement, my expression cold. "From now on, Drew will no longer have anything to do with that loan shark. We're cutting him off completely."
Yuri and David nodded solemnly. But before we could dive deeper into the logistics, a sudden barrage of angry shouting erupted from the garden outside. Our heads snapped toward the glass doors. Without wasting a single second, the three of us bolted out of the living room.
As we stepped into the grass, we saw Felix, Blaster, and several others aggressively cornering Drew, Rory, and Edrix. The tension was suffocating. I instantly knew exactly what had happened—the word must have leaked about what Drew had been doing behind our backs, giving information to Ram.
"CALM THE HELL DOWN!" I shouted, my voice booming across the entire yard.
The authority in my voice worked instantly, and everyone froze in their tracks. Before anyone could utter another word, the back door slid open, and Jayjay walked out. She took one look at the chaotic, angry standoff and marched straight over, her eyes flashing with anger.
"Are you seriously calling Drew a traitor without even bothering to know his reason first?!" she demanded loudly, glaring at the squad before turning her gaze to Drew. "That freaking loan shark is a literal monster. Did any of you even know that Drew's sister was getting dragged into that mess?!"
A heavy, guilty silence fell over the garden. Every single head dropped, the boys suddenly unable to look her in the eye.
"I don't ever want to see any of our sisters go through something horrific like that," Jayjay continued, her voice softening but remaining fiercely firm as she looked directly at Felix. "Just think about it, Felix. If it were you and your sister in that exact same situation, you would have done the exact same thing to protect her."
Felix didn't answer. He just stared down at the grass, his fists slowly unclenching as the anger completely drained out of him.
A single tear rolled down Drew's cheek as he looked around at his friends. "Guys, I'm so sorry... I know I shouldn't have hidden it from you, but now you all know my reason."
Eman stepped forward, a reassuring smile on his face as he broke the tension. "It's okay, bro. Since Jayjay already forgave you, we forgive you too."
A chorus of nods and murmurs of agreement rippled through the entire Section E squad. The heavy weight on Drew's shoulders visibly lifted.
Seeing that the storm had officially passed, Jayjay immediately clapped her hands together, her heavy expression instantly flipping into a bright smile. "Alright! Now that everything is finally settled, let's go eat something!"
But before any of us could even open our mouths to answer, she dynamically grabbed Ci-N's hand and dragged him toward the kitchen at lightning speed.
I just stood there in the middle of the garden, staring blankly at the empty doorway. Wow. She literally forgot about her own husband just like that?!
Jayjay'sPOV
I dragged Ci-N straight into the kitchen, my stomach letting out an aggressive growl. That massive restaurant feast from earlier had somehow completely vanished from my digestive system. Dealing with the boys' heavy drama apparently burns a lot of calories!
"Jayjay, what are we making?" Ci-N asked, his eyes lighting up as he hopped onto a kitchen stool.
"Leftovers, snacks, whatever we can find," I replied, immediately flinging the double doors of the giant fridge open.
As I was rummaging through the shelves, two long arms suddenly wrapped securely around my waist from behind. I flinched, but the familiar scent of expensive cologne instantly told me exactly who it was. Keifer buried his face into the crook of my neck, letting out a heavy, dramatic sigh that tickled my skin.
"Wow, Jasper Jeen. You really just dragged another guy away and left your husband standing like a ghost in the middle of the yard," Keifer murmured, his voice dripping with playful jealousy.
"Hoi, Keifer, let go! I'm trying to look for food, and Ci-N is literally sitting right there!" I hissed, my cheeks instantly heating up.
"I don't care," he mumbled stubbornly, tightening his iron grip around me.
I peeked over my shoulder and saw Ci-N already slipping out of the kitchen. He gave me a dramatic, helpless look. "Mrs. Watson, this Mr. Watson kicked me out," he whined rapidly and ran away before Keifer could glare at him.
"See? Now no one is here," Keifer whispered near my ear, a small smirk playing on his lips.
I rolled my eyes, huffing in exasperation. This guy was seriously hopeless. He goes from a terrifying, cold Section E King to a needy, clingy giant baby the exact second we step behind closed doors.
"Fine, if you're going to hold me like a literal backpack, you're going to help me cook," I ordered, tapping his arm. "Reach that top cabinet and grab the potato chips and the large bowl."
"Okay, but I want something in return," he said smoothly. He finally let go of my waist, but only to map out my shoulders, forcing me to turn around and look him straight in the eyes. He tapped his index finger against his cheek knowingly.
No way!
"Nah. I literally saw Ella kissing Aries on his cheek the other day and it looked so incredibly cringe, so absolutely no," I said flatly.
Keifer let out a defeated sigh, shaking his head, then turned around to reach into the top cabinet. He pulled out the bags of potato chips and handed them over to me.
"Now take a large bowl and crush them up," I instructed, handing the bags right back to him.
He stared down at the bags in his hands, then looked back up at me with a raised eyebrow. "Why me?" he asked.
"Because I don't want to cook a single thing," I replied simply, crossing my arms.
Keifer tossed the chip bags right onto the kitchen counter and smirked down at me. "Then the maids will make it. Come on, let's just go out to them," he said.
And before I could even utter a single syllable in protest, he grabbed my hand tightly and dragged me right back out of the kitchen.
We both walked out of the kitchen and immediately noticed everyone crowding tightly around Percy. They were all giggling like schoolgirls and typing furiously on their phones. Something was definitely fishy. I quietly crept up behind Percy and peeked over his shoulder at his screen. Sure enough, it was a picture of me and Keifer from the garden.
Because he was so incredibly distracted, he didn't even notice me standing right in front of him. Without warning, I snatched the phone right out of his hands and bolted toward my room at lightning speed.
"Hey! Come back here!" Percy shouted down the hall, but I completely ignored his cries and slammed my bedroom door shut, locking it securely.
I sat on my bed and started scrolling through his gallery. It wasn't just one picture—there were tons of them! I stared at the screen for a second. Well... honestly, Keifer and I really did look good together. Hehe. Smiling to myself, I quickly forwarded all the best shots to my own phone, and then ruthlessly deleted every single one of them from Percy's phone.
I unlocked the door and stepped out, finding Percy standing right there waiting for me. I handed his device back to him and flashed him a smug smirk.
"Enjoy," I said smoothly, walking past him and heading back downstairs. He let out a dramatic, defeated sigh behind me and followed me down.
The moment we stepped into the living room, Ci-N cheered loudly. "Uploaded successfully!"
The entire Section E squad hollered and clapped.
"What exactly did you upload?" I asked, narrowing my eyes at them.
Ci-N grinned from ear to ear. "The pictures of you and your husband, of course!"
Instantly, all of them started typing rapidly on their screens again. Realizing Percy must have shared them to the group chat before I deleted them, I quickly marched over to Keifer, who was currently sitting down, completely occupied with his own phone.
"Ahaha... hey, can you tell them to delete those photos right now?" I pleaded, looking down at him.
Keifer looked up at me, a sarcastic glint in his dark eyes. "Did you give me my kiss yet?"
"I'll give it to you later, na!" I whined softly, but he just shrugged and went right back to staring at his screen. My jaw dropped. "Fine then. I'm just going to go back home," I threatened, turning on my heel to walk away.
Before I could even take a single step, Keifer's hand shot out, firmly gripping my arm and pulling me right back toward him.
"Not gonna happen, because this is your home," he whispered smoothly near my ear. I huffed and glared down at him aggressively.
"Then make them delete them!" I demanded.
Keifer finally relented and gave me a small nod. He looked over at the crowd of boys. "Boys, delete all those photos right now."
A collective, loud groan echoed through the room as everyone complained, but under the King's strict order, they all reluctantly deleted the images from their phones. Just then, the maids arrived carrying massive trays of delicious snacks. In a fraction of a second, the boys completely forgot their disappointment and attacked the food like a pack of savage, hungry wolves. Well, honestly, that wasn't even a surprise anymore.
Once the trays were picked completely clean, the boys suddenly announced they were leaving, casually admitting they had only stuck around for the free food anyway. But as they were heading toward the entrance, Ci-N suddenly froze. One of his shoes was completely missing!
Ignoring his frantic searching, everyone else filed out the door and left, leaving only Ci-N and his grandpa David behind.
Right at that moment, our little black puppy trotted proudly into the living room. Clamped firmly between his tiny jaws was Ci-N's missing shoe.
Ci-N's eyes widened in utter betrayal. "You thief!" he yelled, immediately sprinting forward to chase the dog.
Because the puppy got totally startled by a giant teenager screaming at him, he scrambled and started running for his life around the furniture.
"Ci, stop! You're literally scaring him!" I shouted, trying to intervene, but he was way too focused on getting his footwear back to listen to me.
Thankfully, David stepped in. He smoothly cut off the puppy's path, knelt down, and gently pried the shoe out of the little dog's mouth. Ci-N quickly put it on, and after thanking us, the two of them finally headed out the door as well, leaving the mansion in total peace.
After everyone finally left, I sank back into the soft cushions of the sofa and pulled up my phone to look through our pictures. I couldn't help but chuckle softly at the screen. Man, we really are incredibly dramatic.
Suddenly, I felt a familiar, warm hand slide smoothly around my waist. I already knew exactly who it was, so I didn't bother moving away.
"Where on earth did you get those from?" Keifer asked, leaning over my shoulder to look at the screen.
"Oh, from Percy's phone," I said, a triumphant grin breaking across my face.
He placed both of his hands on my waist and gently pulled me backward until my back hit his solid chest. I relaxed, resting my head back against him comfortably. Together, we scrolled through the ridiculous photos, laughing out loud at our own expressions.
"Look right here! You look so incredibly goofy," I teased, pointing my finger at one specific shot of his face.
"Oh, please. Like you don't?" he shot back playfully, and we both burst into laughter.
His large hand slid down to cover my right hand, his fingers gently tracing the ring on my finger.
"What's up with you?" I asked, tilting my head back to look up at his face.
He looked down at me, a soft, incredibly tender smile playing on his lips. "Nothing... just thinking about how if I had never met you, I probably wouldn't ever be this happy."
"Why are you even letting your brain think about something like that?" I countered softly. "We are together right now, and we're happy. That's all that matters."
Keifer nodded, his smile widening. But right at that moment, a sudden, blinding flash of light lit up the windows, followed by a loud, booming crash of lightning from outside. Panic spiking, I instinctively lunged forward and clung tightly to Keifer's neck.
He instantly let out a rich laugh at my explosive reaction. "Are you actually scared of lightning, wifey?"
"No!" I lied quickly, shaking my head aggressively as I tried to pull away from his chest.
"Then why exactly are you clinging to me like a koala?" he teased, refusing to let go completely.
"It was just so sudden! It was a literal reflex, okay?" I huffed, crossing my arms. He just shook his head in fond amusement. "Anyway, go get me three thick blankets, four chairs, pillows, and a bunch of cushions."
Keifer blinked, looking completely lost. "Why?"
"Just go get them, na!" I ordered.
He nodded and headed off to fetch the supplies. When he returned carrying the massive pile of things, I quickly explained my grand vision, and he eagerly helped me assemble it. Within minutes, we had constructed a perfect, cozy little blanket fort in the middle of the living room.
"Now what?" he asked, dusting off his hands.
"Get in!" I said, physically shoving his giant frame through the fort's opening.
Inside, I had already perfectly laid out a projector, fairy lights, tons of plushies, and an absolute mountain of snacks to eat while we watched a movie. We both crawled in and settled deep into the pillows. Right on cue, the tiny puppy waddled inside the fort and plopped himself down right in the middle of the space separating us.
Keifer glared down at the fluffball. "Great. Now he's intentionally blocking the space between us."
I burst out laughing at his sheer pettiness. "So what if he is?"
Keifer looked down at the puppy, then slowly turned his gaze back to me. A dangerous, playful glint sparked in his dark eyes as he began to lean in close, completely bypassing our furry barrier.
"So... where exactly is my kiss?" he murmured, tapping his index finger against his cheek.
I let out a soft sigh, knowing this stubborn guy wouldn't stop pestering me until he got exactly what he wanted. Rolling my eyes, I leaned forward and planted a quick, sweet kiss right on his cheek. Keifer smiled triumphantly, the tips of his ears instantly turning a soft shade of pink.
"You know, it might be cringe when your brother and his girlfriend do it, but it's definitely not cringe when it's us," he smirked.
Before I could even process his words, his large hands gently cupped my face. Without a single warning, he started peppering sweet, rapid kisses my forehead, my cheeks.
I squealed, laughing hysterically as I tried to swat his hands away. "Hoi! Keifer, that's literally enough!"
He finally stopped, letting go of my burning face with a massive, satisfied smile. We looked at each other's ridiculous expressions and just burst into a fit of shared laughter.
"By the way, I still haven't officially named this little guy," I said, looking down at the puppy who was tilting his head at us. "What should we do?"
Keifer thought for a moment. "I don't know, you choose."
"Snowball?" he suggested a second later.
I shook my head flatly. "Burnt Toast?" I offered.
Keifer cracked up. "Casper?"
"Nope," I said.
"Cotton ball?"
I shook my head again. "He's literally black, Keif. Cotton balls are white!"
"Boba?" he teased, laughing.
"How about Soy Sauce? Because he's black," I shot back, and he laughed even harder.
"Then what about Espresso? That's black too," he countered.
"Pepsi!" I cheered, making him roar with laughter.
"Are we just naming him after food now?" he managed to gasp out between chuckles.
"Charcoal! Overcooked! Choco! Brownie! Oreo! Caviar! Blackberry! Olive! Pepper! Bean!" I rattled off an entire list of names in one single breath.
Keifer completely lost it. He threw his head back, laughing so loudly he was physically holding his stomach as the tears pricked his eyes.
I smirked, waiting for him to calm down before dropping the ultimate name. "What about Little Keif or Keify?"
Keifer's booming laughter instantly choked to a halt. He stared at me.
"Yes! It's absolutely perfect!" I cheered, smacking his arm lightly with a grin. "Little Keif is the perfect name since you both are so incredibly clingy."
He raised an eyebrow, a dangerously playful smirk returning to his lips. "He's clingy?"
I nodded rapidly.
"I'm clingy?" he pressed, leaning an inch closer.
I nodded again.
"He's just as clingy as me?" he asked one last time.
I nodded aggressively.
Even Little Keif seemed to sense the danger, scrambling out of the fort to escape Keifer's sudden, booming laugh. Within a fraction of a second, Keifer wrapped his powerful arms tightly around my waist, pulling my body flush against his in a tight, inescapable hug.
"Oh, so I'm clingy, huh?" he whispered deeply, before I could understand what he was his next move he started tickling my sides.
I writhed in his grip, laughing so hard my chest hurt as I tried to push his heavy shoulders away. "Okay, okay! Stop, stop!" I shouted through my giggles.
He finally stopped the tickling attack, but his arms remained securely locked around me, refusing to let me go as we snuggled deep into the blankets under the glowing fairy lights.
"Now movie time!" I said, immediately hitting play on the screen. The projector cast a bright, colorful frame right onto our makeshift blanket wall, and the intro music filled our cozy little fort.
Keifer adjusted the pillows behind us, pulling me back so I could lean comfortably against his chest as the movie started. I grabbed a handful of snacks, and with Little Keify curled up soundly in my lap, the two of us completely tuned out the sound of the pouring rain and lightning outside.
The End 🌸.
Hii guys ✨🎀, how are you all?? Ok it's early update bcz I GOT TIME FOR MYSELF. So just wanna tell that my summer vacations ended and I didn't completed my summer vacation task 😑, so now from my first term exam my 10 marks will be deducted but it's fine.
so one more thing to tell that I just write my own book, not a fanfiction, my own guys 😭✨. So it's in Roman Hindi/Urdu but I'm not that good at writing my own language with English letters so it's mixed, the thoughts will be in English while the lines they speak will be in Roman Urdu/Hindi.
I hope you guys will support my own book like you guys supported my these JayFer fanfics. I love you all so much and I'm so thankful to all of you for loving me, supporting me and my work and appreciating me. You guys are literally my safe place 💗✨🌸. Just take care of yourself.
And one more important thing is that next chapter is my favourite one because it's going to have a very very big surprise for jayjay and you guys 🥳.
