Isaac had rested for the day before he made his final decision, but he knew that learning how to fight was going to be one of the tasks for the next month.
He knew that his mana needed to be focused towards the circle healing him, so he only had a few choices, he could have done some muscle building Exercise that didn't require movement of his legs, or he could work on his aim and use the bow and arrows that he stole from Tiy's bodyguard.
The sleep was uneventful, considering that the previous night he had been woken by a bear the size of a house. Isaac overcompensated for the interrupted night yesterday by sleeping until the sun had already passed above the horizon.
Isaac started his day by using all his mana on the circle, and then cooked and ate some of the bear, and used the mana from the bear on the circle. By the time Isaac had finished eating, it was around eight in the morning, and he had to begin his training.
He started with knife throws into a tree that was within crawling distance of Isaac. He originally wanted to use the bow, but after a few attempts to shoot the bow while seated, he gave up.
Whenever Isaac used both of his knives, he would crawl over to the tree and pick them up from wherever they landed, and then throw them back to the tree he slept next to. He didn't see a reason as to why he had to crawl back and forth just to throw the knives, and then do the whole song and dance again.
So he prioritized the number of attempts of throwing the knives by staying at where the knives landed, and throwing them again, before retrieving them. He did this until his mana recovered, which would be put back into the circle, followed by a break.
His break would consist of a few mouthfuls of water, as well as carving some utensils from sticks that were cleaned and dried out. Unlike most things Isaac had to do, woodworking was not something new to him, as his dad had taught him the basic aspects of woodworking.
Soon enough, a rough spoon shaped object was carved, which could have been a lot better, but Isaac was more looking for something practical than something that looks good, with a side of true world expansion.
Once the spoon was made, Isaac put it in his rue world, and began trying to control it while inside. He knew that his true world could only be controlled by him, but not how to, or how it would effect things inside the true world.
After around ten minutes of attempts, Isaac was able to rotate the spoon inside his true world, and as he did, he felt and saw his true world expand by at least three times its size, reaching three meters in diameter.
He felt a flood of power flow into his body, as his skin seemed to shed, and his bones cracked and popped, even his broken leg began to recover slightly faster, the time for it to heal had most likely been cut down by a few days at minimum.
Isaac managed to put it together and realised that learning things tied to his true world would greatly increase its size. He was half tempted to only work on his true world since it seemed to both train his body and would have its own benefits, but the thoughts from last night reminded him of why he was training his aim in the first place.
He worked in a cycle, starting with aim training, followed by woodworking, and ending with true world training. Only when it became dark did he stop working on his aim and focus on his true world.
This cycle continued for days, which soon turned into weeks, and soon enough, Isaac's leg was healed enough that he could walk on it, albeit he needed to take it lightly and still heal it whenever it got too hard to move.
But with the freedom of movement, it made Isaac's aim training far more fruitful, as he was able to train at least three times as fast as the bow added at least thirty arrows to the shot before he had to pick them up.
But that wasn't it yet, Isaac, after his growth from learning how to rotate things inside of his true world, began looking for quick, but useful ways of using his true world, and settled on long range true world pulling.
The process was simple since he already knew how to do it, since it was just pulling things into his true world. But true worlds don't run on a normal method of training since it is unique to each person.
Isaac's true world was built using all the things he learned as a foundation, which correlated to his main trait (Look at author's note for context to what a main trait is) *Unoriginal*. For Isaac, learning how to pull objects into his true world was harder than expected since it was like having a third arm.
This third arm was made up of an invisible force that was made up of the memory of learning how to pull things as a child, as well as the pull of memories that his own true world had done to him.
Researchers had done studies on people who would get robotic fingers, and would quickly learn how to use them, and that their minds would adapt to them in a matter of days. Isaac knew that and was hoping that his pull would be the same, but no such thing happened.
Isaac was only able to pull things from around three meters away, and he chalked it up to the size of the true world equaling how much you can use outside of it. Slowly, his true world was growing, but so were the items that he put inside it.
Forks and small plates seemed to stack tall inside his true world as his downtime had been very fruitful, and he could make a new plate or utensil during his short break that seemed to be happening too much.
But he didn't complain much as each time he worked on his woodworking, his true world got slightly bigger as he learned from his mistakes, and he could always use more utensils, since properly cleaning them is a challenge in a world where soap could only be brought from other worlds.
Isaac's woodworking had to stop at some point, so he rotated out of woodworking and added growing the berry bush, as Isaac had a slightly crazy idea. He wanted to make a concentrated mana liquid, kind of like a mana potion from a game.
