Secretary Morgan ignored Annelise Valentine. Instead, he tapped on the map, his brow furrowed. "Miller, what's the supply situation?"
Kian Miller sat up a little straighter, his tone tinged with helplessness.
"Secretary Morgan, the roads are severely damaged, so the supply trucks can't get through. I've already sent teams to start repairs, but clearing the debris and rebuilding the roadbeds will take a week at the absolute minimum. For now, we can only bring in supplies by air."
Jett Westgate spoke up. "Relying entirely on airdrops for supplies isn't realistic. The drop zones will be imprecise. With the current weather and the topographical shifts from the earthquake, there are very few suitable helicopter landing zones to begin with. When supplies are dropped, they'll scatter, and much of the medicine will be destroyed.
