Chapter Three: Kingdom and Mystery
Today is Saturday, the day of that cursed 'Bloody Night'. It's 6 pm. Raj and Aryan were heading towards the college together. Raj was telling Aryan, "Today I will beat up Faisal's entire team. Their courage is increasing day by day." As they were talking, they entered the college.
On the other hand, Faisal's team included Sohail, Arafat, Jewel, Tasim, Tanzil and three others. A total of 9 people. Faisal was telling everyone, "Let Raj and Aryan come today, I will break their hands and legs so that they never come to fight with us again."
When Raj and Aryan entered the main gate of the college, Aryan had a cricket bat in his hand but Raj had nothing in his hand. Seeing this, Sohail from Faisal's team said with a laugh, "What! Are you lacking in tools that you are bringing a small bat?" Aryan roared and said, "This one bat is enough for you, you don't need 10."
Before Sohel could say something angrily, Raj said in a calm voice, "Let's go to the college roof without talking so much."
Everyone was surprised. Because today was 'Bloody Night', and the college roof was the place where Rafsan had shed a river of blood 5 years ago. Faisal said, "Let's go to the roof. We'll see how much courage this Raj has in his chest!"
Everyone ran to the roof. But before going up to the roof, there was a barricade. Since that terrible night, it was forbidden to go up to the roof, so the gate was locked. Raj kicked the barricade and entered the roof. Raj stopped in surprise as soon as he entered the roof. On the roof, it was written in big letters in blood— "Rafsan will return again."
Seeing this, Raj shivered for a moment. Aryan and Faisal's team who were following also stood still in one place in fear. Faisal, trembling with fear, said, "There's no need to bother you, brother, I won't stay here. I'm gone!"
Raj gave Faisal a kick in the chest with a contemptuous smile and said, "When you're so scared, why do you show your feelings? Next time I see you disturbing a girl, that will be your last day. Remember, I'm a king, I'm not afraid of anyone—be it Rafsan or someone who killed Rafsan. I'm coming here to rule."
Faisal somehow managed to run away from there, holding his chest. While leaving, he muttered, "I'll see you too one day."
When everyone left the roof, a man's laughter was heard from a dark corner. He muttered, "Someone like me might have come again..." Who this mysterious man was remained unknown.
Returning home, Raj freshened up and asked his mother for food. Mother patted Raj on the head and said, "Oh my little devil! I understand you've been fighting? Why are you panting so much?" Raj smiled and said, "No mom, I was running around with my friend, that's why. I'm very hungry, give me something to eat."
After eating, Raj lay down next to his father. Father was working on his laptop. Raj asked, "What are you doing, father?" Father said, "I'm looking after your elder brother's company." Raj asked eagerly, "Can I join the company?" Father said, "Yes, you can, but first finish the first semester."
Returning to his room, Raj started thinking to himself—who wrote on the ceiling that Rafsan would return? At that moment, Ishrat sent a message, "Did you fight with Faisal again today?" Raj replied with a smile, "Oh no, he didn't get beaten, he just got scared." Ishrat warned, "You devil! Don't fight again. Come to class tomorrow."
Raj said 'Goodnight' and hung up the phone. Looking out the window, he muttered quietly, "Bhai, where are you? I miss you so much..." Then he fell into a deep sleep.
