Synopsis
Oh! Konnichiwa, bakas. Yeah yeah, this is a different story. You might be asking yourself, "Why am I not reading 'Project: Apprentice' where our peanut buddy butter is the main star?" Well, I don't really know. But, one thing is for sure, the goat is the star this time. Anyway, novel description time. Before the sneak peek, before the graduation, before the comeback, there was an unofficial, baby-faced sidekick that decided to own a slice of life TV show. Until, everything turns upside down. But, that doesn't stop Naoki Toriyama from being a star. Could he be a great inspiration? Or just an annoying 4'11 host?

Chapter 1 - 1. When It All Began

Somewhere… in a distant timeline.

Somewhere… where darkness and divinity had never met.

A four-limbed creature sprinted recklessly through a narrow corridor, chased relentlessly by guards clad in armored helmets and high-tech gear.

"Lock down the ship—now!" one guard barked into a radio.

Alarms erupted, piercing the air, and the blinding white lights immediately switched to red. The creature accelerated, its limbs moving in a hypnotic, fluid rhythm.

Suddenly, trip lasers ignited across the floor. Without breaking stride, the creature vaulted toward the ceiling, flipping upside down with predatory grace, its body skimming inches from the surface. Behind, the guards hovered on sleek anti-gravity boards, desperately keeping pace.

A closing door loomed ahead. With a grunt, the creature thrust upward, lifting the door from its frame with a surge of raw strength. It barreled through—but then froze. Beyond

the threshold was a dead-end.

The guards raised their weapons, voices sharp and commanding.

"Hands where we can see them!"

Slowly, the creature raised a hand, almost in mock compliance.

"Turn around… slowly."

It complied with calm, deliberate precision.

"Surrender the device," one guard demanded.

From its pocket, the creature produced a small, intricate device. It held it aloft, letting the guards take it in.

"On the floor."

A heartbeat of silence passed. Then the creature whispered, almost serene: "Never."

"What did you say?"

"I said… never."

The device sailed into the air.

"EVANESCET!"

It disintegrated instantly, transforming into a cloud of glowing blue dust. In that instant, a tall column of light pierced the darkness—a sentinel emerging from the void.

The light unfurled like a cosmic curtain, washing over the spaceship, drawing the dust into its radiance. The column tore through the vessel, erasing the section it touched and claiming the lives of six beings in a blink.

Meanwhile, the blue dust drifted into the light, tracing a path that seemed infinite.

Unseen, it began a journey backward through time, destined to find the one fated to wield it.
