Chapter 35 - it's time for green stone

Within the absolute silence of the deepest laboratory in No Name Corporation, a mixture of golden and bluish light illuminated the dim chamber.

No Name sat behind his large desk, staring at an ancient book whose pages were made of a material unknown to Earth.

His right hand extended forward, channeling an incredibly dense flow of energy from the Hyper-Core, the precious energy core that The Four Pawns had once seized with great difficulty from Dr. Vance.

The energy streamed like liquid into the pages, causing the faded ancient letters to glow brightly once more.

This… was the reason the Nameless Devil had sealed himself away for years.

He had gambled his sanity for a single goal: to locate the Green Stone, the third fundamental stone that would complete his absolute power.

Yet now, the usually expressionless face of No Name showed a faint crease.

His cold eyes sharpened as they scanned the lines within the book.

Every sequence of history and clue appeared clearly before him.

But strangely… at the very end of each crucial sentence, the part that revealed the coordinates or key to the Green Stone's location…

The text was always distorted.

The letters blurred, obscured by a mysterious energy blockade, as if the truth itself was being censored.

For years, he had tried to break through that barrier with countless forms of energy, yet all attempts had failed.

The book refused to be read… as if the universe itself demanded certain conditions be met first.

"Censored…" No Name murmured, his deep voice carrying restrained frustration. His fingers tapped against the desk. "…Who possesses the authority to hide this information from my sight? It can't be… him."

Just as he was about to force more energy from the Hyper-Core.

A soft alert echoed from the security system outside the lab door.

Ssssshhhh…

The ten-inch-thick steel door slid open automatically.

A gust of air entered from the corridor, carrying with it an overwhelmingly dense and savage aura.

No Name slowly stopped the flow of energy, closed the ancient book, and lifted his gaze.

At the doorway, four shadows stepped in simultaneously.

Tora, with his towering frame and axe resting casually on his shoulder, stood on the far left with a wild grin.

Scyte, spinning his scythe with deadly finesse, stood beside him, a faint smile on his lips.

On the other side, Arrow stood upright with his bow in hand, his gaze sharp like that of a hunting eagle.

And beside him, Rare, now tall and imposing, slowly planted his massive sword into the floor, his gentle smile radiating pure intimidation.

They no longer looked like street children.

They had grown into true monsters… rulers of the world, their auras so intense that even the titanium-reinforced walls of the lab trembled from the resonance.

The Four Pawns had returned.

Standing complete and aligned, directly before their King of Darkness.

No Name looked at each of them in turn.

Slowly, he leaned back into his grand chair, the ancient book hidden beneath the shadows.

"You've all matured," No Name said quietly, his voice as cold as ice, yet carrying unmistakable satisfaction at the sight of his perfected weapons.
