Synopsis
(Chaos Gacha) Waking up in a body not his own with no memories of who he used to be wasn't something he expected when he opened his eyes. Nor was this bloody chest or the fact he woke up in the body of a starving Saiyan in a planet so dangerous Low Class Warriors do not dare to raid. But thankfully he has been gifted three Golden Tickets to roll the Chaos Gacha, and he feels like gambling

Chapter 1 - Let's Gamble!

His eyes fluttered open as he awoke within the confines of a tight room. No, not a room. He is inside a cave of sorts... a fairly small cave that he barely fits inside of as it is. He made this cave himself.

He raises a hand near his face and tilts his head, and he frowns, bringing the hand closer to his face so he can examine it closely. "Wha-" He pauses once again as a voice too young to belong to him exits his mouth.

But he knows it is his own voice, much like how that tanned hand belongs to him. Information is suddenly thrust upon his brain as he focuses on the odd little thing in the corner of his vision.

A purple text box with white glowing letters inside it.

[WELCOME TO YOUR NEW LIFE, BELL]

His name is Belluper. Lips are pursed as he leans forward until he's seated, a hand pressed his bloody chest as the other hangs limp by his side. Lying down in a cave he made himself and with such a nasty gash on his chest... ah, that makes sense...

He died.

Well, the previous owner of this job did. Bled out right here.

Belluper... a Saiyan child who has been sent to this planet to die when he was only three. That's who he is now. Although he is not much of a child anymore, he ought to be around fourteen years old now. Managed to survive all this time just to die the first time he actually tried to fight against the apex predator of this planet.

He also notes that he lacks the classic scouter and armor combo. Just the gray stretchy latex-like outfit that is usually worn below, but even that has been tattered until only most of the bottom part has been destroyed, leaving his torso and arms fully exposed.

Hm... can't remember who he was before opening his eyes as Belluper at all, that entire section in his mind is entirely blank. And yet he can remember every single episode of Two and a Half Men and the lyrics of the Hamilton musical. Among so many other useless trivia. Well, at least his 'Patron' allowed him to keep memories of what Dragon Ball is.

The Patron is the being who sent him here after he passed away. Which, of course, he does not recall either.

Of course.

Well, ain't like that's too important now. He's Belluper now. A Saiyan boy that was sent here due to his abysmal power level, no doubt as a way for his parents to just kill him off for being such a fucking disappointment. Fuck them.

But he's not been sent here empty-handed at least. No, his Patron has given him a welcome gift for his successful transmigration. Three literal golden tickets for him to roll the Chaos Gacha.

What is the Chaos Gacha? To put it into simple terms: Gambling. The user of the Chaos Gacha can tear off a ticket, and the wheel will spin until it lands on the reward. Could be something as mundane as being able to change the hair colour at will... or you could suddenly be able to stop time.

Of course, his ticket is only Gold, which is a tier 3 of 8.

Which is still damn great, considering he is basically already fairly strong toddler right now. He has no idea what the exact numbers would be, but the gravity of this planet is definitely more intense than what he could recall Planet Vegeta having.

Inside the cave is safe. For now.

Information gifted to him says this planet is waaaaaay above his non-existent pay grade, and the apex predators Belluper nicknamed Lashers are more powerful than a fully grown and trained Saiyan warrior on average, which is why this planet is considered off limits to the lower class.

Lashers are some nasty fuckers, they look like a muscular overgrown lizard fused with a gorilla on steroids. And of course, the reason he nicknamed 'em like that is their whip-like tails that can slice through even the huge trees of this planet. Thankfully, they don't know how to fly or move fast. That is not to say they aren't fast; they are definitely faster than he is right now, but not a complete blur.

Can't waste time thinking about them or the other dangerous critters around here.

Time to roll the gacha.

Instinctively, three golden gacha tickets popped between his thumb and index finger once he thought about it.

"C'mon, pretend I'm luckier than I am and gimme something cool for my birthday..." Oh yeah, did he mention it is his birthday?

Because it's his birthday.

Belluper's birthday, to be exact, but still.

The tickets are torn, and a wheel far too big to even comprehend popped into his mind's eye. And it began to spin with that satisfying clacking noise as it quickly alternated between so many options he could not even begin to try reading one before the next one blurred past it. And another, and another... thankfully time froze as it spun. Something to note for later.

The results are as follows:

[Tough as Nails]

Rare Trait

You are tough as nails, granting you significantly increased durability and endurance. Allowing you to resist stronger blows with less damage and recover from injuries faster(not healing), you are capable of powering through attacks more effectively.

[Mithril Skeleton]

Elite Trait

Your skeleton is unusually durable, being able to take a lot of punishment before it suffers damage. In addition, it is flexible and conducts energy better. Note that your skeleton isn't real mithril and scales with your physical stats.

[Armament Haki]

Elite Ability

One Piece - Allows you to reinforce your body or an object you are holding with an invisible forcefield that hardens them and allows them to interact with intangibility, and at higher levels can even be projected.

Lady Luck didn't just smile at me; the naughty gal pretty much flashed her tits and winked. The first two rolls were already extremely good for survival, but the third one?

Motherfucking Armament Haki. Sure, it ain't gonna increase his actual muscle strength since it functions more like an armor or a weapon you can equip, but that alongside the other two? Oh yeah, now THAT'S something.Information regarding how to use the basic version pops into his mind alongside everything Belluper knew how to do before, which is honestly all that impressive, given all the time he lived here.

Belluper only knows how to barely fly and launch a very lackluster Ki blast. Poor ki control... he is fairly certain that the Lasher that left him to bled out was just playing with him, which is the only reason why the worst wound this body has is the nasty scar on his chest alongside all the other small cuts all around.

Kid Goku could give him a run for his money despite the fact that Bell is physically stronger than him.

So, just a lil headache after the traits and ability were downloaded in that noggin of his. And once that happened, a small tutorial regarding how abilities work was also downloaded.

[By default, you start with one Ability Slot. Ability Slots dictate how many abilities you can have active and use at once. Every ability occupies a single ability slot, and switching out an ability from an Ability Slot makes it go into a 5-minute cooldown before you can switch that specific slot again. By default, you start with a single ability slot and gain a new ability slot every 5 abilities]

The option to roll a random curse in the Curse Roulette is also available, but he decided against gambling with his own life right now, given that he is very much malnourished and starving. There is zero reason to risk it right now. The only reason he is still able to endure that is due to Tough as Nails giving him some extra tolerance to the pain he feels.

Lashers had been moving deeper into the area he had lived in for so many years, and that made him unable to hunt the other animals that live around these bands. Hunger made him desperate, and that's how he ended up face-to-face with a juvenile Lasher. Considering he died, that didn't end up well at all.

Belluper managed to raise himself up to a proper standing position with some effort and then looked down at his hand, focusing on it. A black armor-like coat covered his entire hand and went halfway towards his elbow before stopping. "Gonna have to train this." He turned to face the wall of the cave and punched as hard as he could.

It should not have been surprising, but the sheer difference of that punch compared to anything Belluper could throw before death is staggering; that punch alone managed to create a far bigger hole than the artificial cave Belluper struggled to carve in an instant.

He gave his Haki-covered hand an impressed look and nodded in respect. "Groovy."

This is Day One for his new life, and he sure as hell ain't gonna waste it.
