The Winter Hunt was being hosted in the Imperial Family’s Forest located near the palace, which meant that any urgent messages that needed to be delivered would arrive in no time. The moment that the knights of the Nameless Order caught wind of what had happened to Cheryl and Ethan being abducted from the House of Carnoire, they ran back frantically. They started their manhunt upon receiving emergency contact from their office in the Empire.
Ronya and Jantzen were the only ones who remained in the forest on the off chance that something might happen, but the news that came flying in was something that they knew they had to see. They had stormed the palace, taken down all of the Imperial Knights, threatened a maid with a dagger, and even gone on to threaten the Empress… Ronya nearly pulled her hair out as she impatiently waited for Zahid to return. She stopped stamping her feet and ran straight over to him when he finally made an appearance amongst some black light.
