I calmly stare at the system panel well looking around this black abyss before focusing back onto the system and speaking.
"All right hello I guess"
[As you can probably surmise you are dead and I keep your soul intact because I have chosen you as a host I will go down the list of things that'll be expected of you since I have a purpose to complete and you get a second chance at life.
1. Create a Pokemon region full of well Pokemon be there in Pokemon from other regions or variance of those Pokemon.
2. Help your partner system holder who contains my sibling system which goal is to bring Pokemon to a world that doesn't have it by this I mean the Pokemon series manga games whatever your fellow system wielder decides.
3. Make your custom region popular amongst the other worlds inhabitants. The more popular the more things you can obtain from my shop]
Hearing this I just simply not in my head after all what was I going to do refuse? What point of that would it be probably have my memory's wipe and have them that blank Soul reincarnate or be completely destroyed yeah I wasn't going to reject this chance.

My lips violently twitch before shaking my head but then in a question popped up into my head and the system seems to be reading my mind which makes sense as the answer popped up in front of me

I based it off Greenland for the most part. For the vast amount of icelands vast forces. And for unique features of the region itself I added a bunch of custom mega evolutions and a special thing that I didn't particularly have the word for but it would be this region special feature similar to how a Lola had totem Pokemon. And they were simply alpha Pokemon with the Royal genome a gene that makes them twice the regular size other standard counterparts it also unlocks hidden genetic potential such as a fire steel type Arcanine occurring.
But the thing I made a particularly interesting about the reason is the possibility for dual weather conditions occurring for example if sunny day and rain dance was used at the same time they will create a new condition called fog which increases the evasion of ghost types and decreases accuracy of all other types.
I rubbed my chin I then decided to add two new evolutions to Charcadet and changed its original typing to ice type it's two new evolutions will be called Smithfield a ice and steel type which evolves from a item that can naturally form called the Frozen ore hammer. In this Pokemon is responsible to create other exclusive items called Frozen steel which causes another evolution to occur for other unevolved Charcadet which is driner a ice and fighting type which will have three separate variants and they will appear just like Vikings with Frozen weapons one variant will be dual wielding either swords axes or a mixture of the two. The next variant was a sword and shield variant which can interchange the sword to an ax. And the last variant was a two-hander user which will either carry a giant ax or a large sword.
After that I rub my chin and created a new variant of nine tails which evolution and type it will change depending on gender males would evolve into a fire Ghost type and females into ghost ice types the two typically work together to create the new terrain fog.
I stopped for a second and decided to ask the system and again it seems to be reading my mind because it answered me before I could speak.
[Yes you may receive Pokemon as part of a starter kit so you won't be without Pokemon because it'll be hard to prove you are a champion if you don't even have Pokemon to your name but you can only choose Pokemon from your region. And giving you are starting off as the acting champion you will be permitted One champion level Pokemon and for elite four level Pokemon and considering you will be the professor for the region you also be permitted to hand out starter Pokemon]
Receiving the answer I just simply quietly nod my head I then started to think of what would be the starter Pokemon I started to roughly rub my head as I was frustrated trying to think of what the starter should be before I decided to hell with it. And just choose three random Pokemon for my memory and will change up their typing and abilities.
The first Pokemon I chose was shinx which I made it become a electric dark type will give it an ability called shock jaw which simply combines the static effect with strong jaws affect. Of course this empowers biting moves but I also made it where it could make any biting moves potentially inflict paralyzed even if you were to use a move like firefang icefing you had a high chance of getting either of the original effects or just paralyzing the opponent.
Next I decided was Elekid and I change the typing from pure electric to include the fighting typing I changed its ability to plasma fist which simply combines the power of static with iron fist similar case to shock jaw but in this case is the punching moves I also changed its final evolution to electivire's method now it just needs to win a match against 15 Electabuzz without being healed to evolve
And last but not least Growlithe but I changed it's typing from purifier to fire and steel it was now an armored doggo with the ability magma armor which any steel type contact moves can cause the burn effect now I also change its evolutionary method
Instead of needing a firestone it requires leveling up near a volcano and it specifically has to be at level 30
After looking at my work I know my head and hit finish on the starters. After that I looked at the five Pokemon I was supposed to have and would start off with I first decided to create a custom garchomp variant and I used emerald redux regional form of garchomp as the basis otherwise known as completely copying it and of course it can only get one of its good abilities so I chose hunting frenzy which gives us a 20% chance to flinch an opponent and gives a plus one to speed upon kill/KO
(Writer here for those who do not know or have not played emerald redux the original form of garchomp is a water Ghost type and is a pretty powerful mon just like it's standard counterpart I would highly recommend playing radux)
After that I made it be male and I placed it as my One champion level Pokemon. Next came fjorn variant electrifier which obviously would be at elite four level.
I then put fjorn variant Arcanine in
after him I decided to create another variant of Pokemon I knew talonflame now it would be a flying poison type and I named its ability toxin air which basically turns all flying type moves into toxic gusts of wind which may cause the poison effect (not badly poison) they have the possibility of triggering regardless if it was a physical or special attack and of course I put this as the third of my four elite four level Pokemon.
And for the last slot I decided to will be a crystal steelix that will look like a black diamond. Cuz I personally believe if I ever mega evolve it it's going to look absolutely amazing
Now I give each and every one of my Pokemon the Royal Gene which will make them both bigger and I decided to add a little something to the Royal Gene that makes pokémon who possess it seem much more majestic and their forms will have little changes to their bodies that will accomplish that.
After I hit finished on that I saw the five pics lock into place. I didn't saw a message from.
[All right everything is pretty much finished. And for the record it'll be up to you to get people to become the gym leaders and elite four but I'll be giving you one thing as a gift which is a summoning ticket which lets you summon from a TV show anime or YouTube series. And all those who are connected to it will teleport to you and be summoned like for example choosing a Pixelmon or cobblemon series and summing all the players included in that serious. Oh and for the record it will also summon all of their immediate family members such as brothers sister nieces nephews parents and children that is just in case they have families or young children are a newborns that need to be taken care of so enjoy your time. I blinked as I appeared and a forest I wasn't too sure where I was. After all I stopped playing mainstream Pokemon games after sun and moon and I switched entirely over to fan-made games. And then saw a note spawn right in front of me.
[PS you are currently in Paldea region and about the people you summon the main targets will become designated as your assistance since you are a Pokemon professor after what scene Pokemon professor wouldn't have a few assistants helping them with research. They'll be given a Pokemon of their choice in the case of YouTubers it'll be their signature Pokemon for example one YouTuber called mighty duck will get his Golden Horn sawsbuck. And etc well vert would get his obsidian golurk. Those are just examples but there you go all others who do not have a signature Pokemon will receive a choice between the fjorn region starters okay bye-bye for real.]
I see silent for a moment rubbing my chin as a shrug because I have no knowledge whatsoever of Paldea. Hopefully the people are new I was going to summon we're going to know about this region otherwise I'll be rather annoyed.
