Sienna looked at him, a little hesitant this time. “Can I know your name?” she asked. 

Zachary glanced at her briefly.

Then he said simply, “I already saved it on your phone.”

Sienna's eyes widened slightly as she quickly glanced at the screen.

'Huh? Why does his name sound like Zachary Sterling?' She chuckled to herself. 'Nah, probably just a coincidence that their names are similar.'

“See you later, Zach…” 

Before he could respond, she turned and hurried toward the conference room on the other side of the lobby, her steps quick and purposeful.

Zachary didn’t move.

He stood there, watching her retreating figure as she disappeared into the distance.

The faint echo of her voice lingered in his mind.

'Zach—'

It wasn’t a name people around him used lightly, especially not with him standing before them.

For a brief moment, he remained still, his gaze fixed on the space where she had just been.

Then, slowly, he shifted his attention forward again.

But something felt… different.

And he couldn’t quite explain why.

While Skylar was busy with his shopping bag, Logan turned toward Sienna. His expression became slightly guilty as he lowered his head.


"I'm sorry, Ma'am. I should have asked for your permission before going to the restroom. Because I wasn't there, I wasn't able to protect you when the Old Madam and her friend brought inconvenience to you."


"It's alright, Logan. What's done is done. And even if you were there, the last thing I want you to do is get involved. So, don't blame yourself."


She wasn't angry with him. The incident had already happened, and there was no point in making Logan feel guilty about something he couldn't change.


"The important thing now is finding out whether anyone recorded what happened," she continued. "If someone did, make sure they don't post it online."
