He was currently seated in the middle section on the left side of the plane. Beside him, to his left, sat a black-haired girl with long straight hair, dressed in a cool white blouse and a black pleated skirt.
Her profile was so delicate and lovely it was almost unfair. Her skin was pale and translucent, flawless in every way.
Bright and youthful, she carried the very essence of girlhood.
She seemed to notice his gaze. Closing her book with a soft snap, she turned her head slightly and looked out the window.
Lin Ye realized that was her silent warning.
A little embarrassed, he pulled his eyes back and turned to look elsewhere in the cabin.
It was a long, narrow passenger cabin, and there were quite a lot of people on board. Almost no seats were empty.

The plane began accelerating down the runway.
