Chapter 1 - chapter-1

Chapter 1: The First Encounter in Bangalore

The chily breeze of Bangalore brushed gainst Radhaa's face, but inside, she felt a haunting silence. Staring out of the massive glass window of the luxury car, she took a deep breath. Her father, Mr. Khanna—one of the country's most formidable business tycoons—was, as always, glued to his phone, closing yet another multi-million dollar deal.

"Radha, beta, we've reached the farmhouse," Mr. Khanna annouced, his eyes never leaving the screen.

Radha remained silent. To her, this farm house was just a place to spend school vacations. Ever since her mother passed away, the sprawling estate felt even emptier. There was no shortage of wealth, but peace seemed to have vani shad forever.

As the car glided through the massive iron gates, Radha's gaze fell upon a boy working in the garden. He wore tattered, old clothes, yet there was a rare sense of devotion in the way he tended to the plants.

"Who is he, Dad?" Radha asked softly.

"Who? Oh... him," Mr. Khanna replied dismissively. "Just an orphan boy who assists the gardener. We let him stay here in exchange for help." Without a second thought, he stepped out of the car and headed inside.

Radha lingered. She waching as the boy, Amar, carefully watered a tiny sapling with immense tenderness. He had no home of his own, yet his face carried a strange sense of serenity.

She approached him. Startled, Amar stumbled back, intimidated by the presence of a girl so wealthy and beautiful.

"Is your name Amar?" Radha asked.

Looking down, he whispered in a trembling voice, "Ji... ji, Didi."

The word 'Didi' felt strange to her, but she offered a warm smile. "Don't call me that. Just call me Radha. Can we be friends?"

Amar looked up, his eyes wide with shock. A princess from a palace wanting to befriend a homeless wanderer? He had no idea that this single moment was about to change both of their lives forever.

Innocence and Love

Years passed. Radha was now twenty, and Amar was fifteen. Every year, she returned to the farmhouse, and over time, their childhood bond blossomed into an innocent, deep-seated love. They would sit together for hours, dreaming of a future. But they were oblivious to the towering wall standing between them—the wall of status and money.

The Confrontation

When Mr. Khanna discovered their secret meetings, his pride flared into a cold rage. Finding Amar alone one day, he grabbed him by the collar, his eyes burning with malice.

"If I ever see you near my daughter again, I will wipe your very existence off this map," he hissed. "Let the next time I see your face be your last day on this earth."

The Pain of Separation

Radha pleaded and wept, begging her father to understand, but his heart was made of stone.

"Pack your bags! We are leaving for Mumbai this very instant!" he belowed.
