Yang Semyon sits across from Song Dohyun in the office and keeps his tail very still.
This is harder than it sounds. His tail has opinions about things independently of the rest of him, and right now its opinion is that this conversation is making it uncomfortable.
Song Dohyun is not angry. Well at least not just yet. That would almost be easier. He's sitting at his desk with his hands folded and his expression arranged into something pleasant and reasonable, which is the version of him that Yang Semyon has learned to be most careful around.
"I need you to find out something for me," Song Dohyun says.
"Sure, boss. What is it?"
"Seo Hwigeon." Song Dohyun picks up his pen, turns it once in his fingers, sets it down. "Not his guild. Not his hunters record. Him. Where he came from before Seoul. Who he was before he registered."
Yang Semyon keeps his expression easy. "But... Division records would have—"
