Of course I know about the ritual to confirm bonds. Every werewolf should know about it. As long as you know about mates, then confirming your bonds is essential knowledge as well.
Amari however looked like someone who needed to get into a newborn's first class. Absolutely clueless and confused.
It definitely had a lot to do with her just finding out that she is my mate.
I could tell that she had a lot of things to say and to ask but the situation seemed to have left her speechless.
Overall her unwavering confidence surprised me.
Her posture was straight, chin raised, blue eyes sharp and observant. If not for the slight tremors her hand gave away in mine, I wouldn't have suspected that she was nervous.

Still holding on to Amari, I steered her towards the front so that we now stood very close to the council, then I gently made her face me.
