Chapter 171 - You Guys Have It Way Too Good!

The group arrived at District C-4. District C was actually the dormitory area, housing all the student dorms. Connected together, this massive zone was practically a small town.

It had all kinds of living facilities—parks, restaurants, and even a hospital. Calling it a small town was no exaggeration.

Arriving at the entrance of District C-4, Ren Isana and the others spotted a "New Student Registration" sign. Similar to the reception area outside the school, there were only a few teachers here, and they all looked quite idle.

Seeing the group approach, the chatting teachers quickly greeted them.

"Students, please hand me your admission notices." As Ren and the others stepped up, a teacher directly asked for their documents.

Hearing this, Ren took out his notice and handed it over. The teacher glanced at it, immediately understanding the situation. He looked up at the rest of the group and asked, "Are you all in the same class?"

*Did this entire class come together? That makes things easier.* They were already aware of this specific class; higher-ups had given special instructions, and their dorms were already arranged.

"Yes, we're all in the same class," Ren nodded, confirming it.

"Alright, please wait a moment while I process your ID cards," the teacher said.

He got to work, taking a blank card and inputting Ren's ID and various personal information, much like processing a standard identification card.

A few minutes later, Ren received a card printed with his photo. It looked like a regular ID, but it was an all-in-one student card containing his class, student number, bank account, and access key functions.

Once it was done, Ren received a text message detailing his dorm building and room number. A notification from the university's mobile app popped up with the exact same information.

After Ren finished, the others stepped up one by one. With the teachers' help, all the students soon received their own cards.

"You all received the information, right?" the teacher who processed their cards asked. "Your room numbers are on there. Just head over and use your cards to unlock the doors. The physical keys are inside the rooms, so make sure to keep them safe. All of your dorms are in the same building."

Ren nodded. Then, remembering something, he spoke up. "Teacher, there's one more person here. She's a library administrator. Where should she go to complete her procedures?"

He pushed Hestia forward. He still had no idea how she was supposed to be arranged, and she didn't have any card. Bell Cranel and Haruhime Sanjouno were in the same boat.

The teacher was taken aback. He didn't know either; his orders were only to handle Ren's group. He had assumed these three were parents or guardians.

"Regarding that, you'll have to ask the teacher assigned to arrange things for them. We don't know the specifics here," the teacher admitted honestly.

Ren nodded. Without overthinking it, he pulled out his phone and sent a message to Natsuki-sensei, explaining Hestia's situation.

Not long after, Natsuki-sensei asked for his location. The moment Ren sent his coordinates, a teleportation magic circle lit up nearby, and Natsuki-sensei stepped out of it.

"Go handle your own business. Leave Bell, Hestia, and the others to me," Natsuki-sensei said as soon as she appeared.

Ren nodded and signaled Asuna and the others to follow. The group quickly headed toward their dorms.

Natsuki-sensei led Hestia's group in another direction to get them settled. Bell and Haruhime had to be separately arranged at other schools, while Hestia would be staying in the faculty apartments.

Unsurprisingly, Bell and Haruhime would be separated from Ren's group for a while. They needed time to properly study the basic knowledge of this world.

"Who was that teacher just now?" Shikimori asked Sora curiously. *Could she be our future homeroom teacher?*

"That's Natsuki-sensei. She's going to be our homeroom teacher," Sora explained, realizing the two newcomers didn't know yet.

Shikimori and Mahiru Shiina nodded in realization. It was exactly as they thought. They both silently memorized the name.

Following the location on his phone, Ren found a building situated by a lake. Confirming it was the right one, he swiped his card, and the main doors slid open.

"So this is our dorm." Ren glanced at the surroundings, feeling quite satisfied. The landscaping around the building was excellent, and the air was fresh.

The dormitory had five floors in total, though only floors two through five were residential. Each floor seemed to have about twenty rooms. The first floor had been converted into a martial arts training area, much like the teaching building at their high school, just larger.

"Are we all living in this building?" Looking at the dorm, Asuna couldn't help but check her phone. Her room was here too. A mixed-gender dorm?

"What floors are you guys on? My room is 301 on the third floor," Ren asked after checking his room number.

"Fourth floor, room 401. Looks like we're right above and below each other again," Asuna replied.

The others chimed in with their room numbers, allowing Ren to figure out the layout: the boys were on the second and third floors, while the girls were on the fourth and fifth.

It seemed the teachers had assigned rooms based on their registration order. Asuna was in 401, Yukino Yukinoshita in 402, Megumi Kato in 403, Sora in 404, and so on down the line.

"Let's go. Settle into your rooms first. They're all single rooms, way better than the four-person dorms at other universities," Ren said, heading for the stairs. There was no elevator here; getting upstairs relied entirely on walking.

Once upstairs, everyone dispersed. The second floor was already partially occupied—Kai was in 201, directly below Ren. However, most of the class had been placed on the third and fourth floors.

Currently, the second floor was only half full. It was likely that even with the whole class, they wouldn't fill the entire building.

Ren found room 301. Directly across from him was 311, occupied by another male classmate. Ren unlocked the door with his card, stepped inside, and nodded in satisfaction at the layout.

Opening the balcony door offered a beautiful view of the lake. Room 311 wasn't quite as lucky, though they still had a nice view of the greenery.

The room was fully equipped. Aside from a private bathroom on the balcony, it even had a washing machine. Inside, along with a large bed, there was a partitioned small area featuring a computer desk and a bookshelf.

It was obvious what that space was for. Ren began taking out his daily necessities. Just as he was busy unpacking, Sora ran downstairs with Shikimori and Mahiru Shiina in tow.

"Class Rep, they forgot their luggage!" Sora shouted, throwing Ren's door open. The two girls' suitcases were still in Ren's possession.

Realizing this, Ren replied, "Ah, almost forgot. Here they are."

With a wave of his hand, Ren retrieved their luggage from his Spatial Ring. Seeing their suitcases, the two girls quickly stepped forward to grab them.

Having returned their belongings, Ren went back to work. He raised his hand and cast a spell. Sora and the others, who hadn't left yet, felt a cool breeze sweep through the room. To their astonishment, a layer of water vapor filled the air.

In the next second, the vapor converged toward Ren's hand, forming a murky ball of dirty water. The entire room was instantly left spotless.

"Whoa! Class Rep, you were hiding a magic like this?! Teach me!!" Sora was thrilled. She had been planning to deep-clean her dorm, but seeing Ren's trick, she decided she absolutely had to learn this spell!

"Hold on, I'll send it to the group chat. You can learn it yourself. It's just a basic magic, so you guys should pick it up fast. Add them to the group chat too," Ren said casually, ignoring her excitement as he went back to arranging his things.

"Alrighty! We won't bother you then!" Sora grinned and turned to leave without another word. If Ren said he'd teach it, he definitely would.

Shikimori and Mahiru exchanged bewildered glances. *Is the Class Rep really that generous? Just teaching it like that? Did he create that magic himself?*

"Let's add each other as friends, and I'll pull you into the group chat. You can learn this magic in a bit. Besides that, there are other spells in the group files you can learn too," Sora said, pulling out her phone.

Hearing this, the two felt a bit strange. Mahiru couldn't help but ask, "Does the Class Rep just teach everyone his magic like this?"

It felt unnatural to her. Most people kept their self-created magic fiercely guarded; they wouldn't just casually hand it out.

"You'll understand once you join the group. The Class Rep knows a ton of magic, and a lot of the spells we use now were created by him. He's the best Class Rep in the world!" Sora's tone was incredibly sincere.

In her heart, Ren was unmatched. Her absolute faith left Shikimori and Mahiru slightly puzzled—until they accepted the friend requests, joined the group, and saw it for themselves.

Right there in the group files were several spells uploaded by Ren: [Life Perception], [Piercing Magic Bullet], [Piercing Magic Cannon], and even [Flight Magic]?! Staring at the files, the two newcomers were completely dumbfounded.

"We can learn all the magic on here?" Shikimori asked, her voice trembling with shock. Weren't these spells supposed to be incredibly precious?

"Of course you can! Anyway, learn them when you have time. I'm gonna go get busy!" Sora said, leaving them to their shock as she returned to her own dorm to start cleaning.

The two girls exchanged a look, their hearts pounding with disbelief. They quickly downloaded the magic files, though they didn't rush to study them just yet—cleaning came first.

Back in his room, Ren finished organizing his things before uploading the [Cleaning Magic] Sora had asked for into the group chat. It was just a basic magic; even without wind and water affinities, it wasn't hard to learn.

After uploading the file, Ren tagged everyone in the chat and then tossed his phone aside.

The classmates, who had been in the middle of cleaning, suddenly received the notification. When they saw the name of the spell, they immediately dropped their rags and started studying.

If Ren had been looking at the chat, he would have seen the download count skyrocketing, quickly matching the exact number of members in the group.

The magic was indeed simple. Students with wind and water affinities learned it at lightning speed. Asuna, Ais, and a few others mastered it in about ten minutes.

As for the rest, they all grasped it within half an hour. With this magic, cleaning became a breeze. An hour later, Sora brought Shikimori, Mahiru, Asuna, and the others down to Ren's dorm.

"Class Rep, we're going out for a walk. Wanna come?" Sora asked. Ren extended his Magic Power to sense the area outside—aside from these few, all the girls in the class were gathered.

"Let's get everyone together then. We'll head to the teaching building to figure out the route," Ren said. He used the magic mark on his hand to send a [Communication Magic] message, calling everyone out.

Receiving the message, the boys quickly hurried out of their rooms. Watching this unfold, Shikimori and Mahiru were utterly bewildered. *Communication magic? Does this Class Rep specialize in magic?*

"Oh right, Shikimori and Mahiru don't have this yet. Class Rep, can you set them up?" Seeing Ren use the mark, Sora suddenly remembered that the two new students didn't have the Hestia Familia emblem yet.

Since they were in the same class, they couldn't be left out. The same would go for any future transfer students—they had to be a unified whole.

"Hold out your hands. I'll give you the mark," Ren said, naturally not refusing. Since they were part of the class, they needed it.

Hearing this, the two quickly extended their hands. Ren directly inscribed the Hestia Familia mark onto the backs of their hands. Once finished, he added, "When everyone is gathered in a few days, we'll have Hestia give you your Falna."

Another unfamiliar name. And what was a Falna? Shikimori and Mahiru looked completely lost. Why did it feel like the more they interacted with this group, the more extraordinary they seemed?

Sensing their confusion, Asuna smiled and explained what a Falna was. Once they understood the situation, they were absolutely floored.

A Falna that let you level up by fighting monsters? That girl Natsuki-sensei took away earlier was a goddess?! Hearing all this, their heads were buzzing. The sheer weight of the information was staggering.

*You guys have it way too good!* Aside from everyone having Spatial Backpacks, there was a whole library of magic they could learn? And now this Falna? At this point, the two girls didn't even have the words to describe how they felt.

"Let's go. We'll take a walk and get familiar with the campus," Ren said, stepping out. The others quickly followed, and soon, the entire class was gathered downstairs.

The group began strolling through the campus. Not far from their dorms was a massive commercial complex filled with various shops and supermarkets. If they wanted to eat, they could come here; there was a huge variety of food to choose from.

But they weren't here to shop—they were here to learn the campus layout. Ren checked the location of their teaching building on his phone and said, "Our classroom is actually pretty close."

The entire university was divided into several zones: Zone A was administration, Zone B was the teaching area, Zone C was the dormitories, Zone D was the practical combat area, and there were also research and faculty residential zones.

The teaching area was right next to Zone C. From their dorm, it was only a ten-minute walk at a normal pace.

Because their classroom was in a building right on the edge of the zone, they would see it as soon as they entered. It wasn't far at all.

"That's great news. Looks like we can sleep in on regular days. If it were too far, we'd have to wake up early," the classmates said, their eyes lighting up.

Closer was always better. No one liked a long commute; having to walk half an hour just to reach class was a real pain.

They continued wandering around the school. Even though the semester hadn't officially started, there were already quite a few students active on campus.

As they walked, they saw students hanging out in small groups everywhere. They even spotted some upperclassmen practicing [Meditation] by the lake.

After finding their classroom and memorizing the route, the group went to check out other areas, particularly the practical combat zone, which everyone was most curious about.

Unfortunately, it didn't seem to be open to the public yet, so they couldn't go inside to take a look. However, they did manage to learn how it worked.

To sum it up in one sentence: it was absolutely realistic. The combat here used virtual reality machines. Students would enter something resembling a gaming pod, and the battles were conducted via holographic projection. However, the pain of combat was fed back in real-time—which meant... they would even experience the sensation of death!
