Chapter 295 - JTH Chapter 295: It's Aqua!

After confirming there were no issues, Ren Isana cast [Spatial Magic] and vanished from Avant Heim with the other three. Seeing this, Jibril and the rest of the Flügel felt a pang of regret that they couldn't follow. Life down there looked incredibly interesting—what a pity!

The Flügel observed the situation on Nexus Island from the sky for a moment before returning to organize their harvest for the day. They had acquired far too much knowledge today; they needed to exchange and compile it all properly.

This was undoubtedly a massive undertaking, which meant they were going to be quite busy for the foreseeable future. Once they were done, they hoped Ren Isana would permit them to move freely about this world!

Ren brought Da Vinci and the others back to the school grounds. The moment they arrived, Da Vinci spoke up, "Well then, we'll be taking Think Nilvalen with us for now. Contact us if anything comes up~!"

With that brief parting word, Da Vinci directly departed with Think. Seeing this, Morgan also spoke up, "I shall take my leave as well. Go about your own business."

As soon as she finished speaking, Morgan vanished from the spot. Her departure didn't seem like she was joining Da Vinci's group; rather, it looked like she had her own errands to run. Ren felt a bit puzzled, but after a moment's thought, he brushed it off.

*She probably just has something to take care of,* he figured. Ren headed back to his dorm alone. The building was completely silent; he was the only one in the entire dormitory. He wondered how Asuna and the others were faring on their end.

Pondering this, Ren began to wash up. After taking care of his personal hygiene, he lay down on his bed and started scrolling through his phone. Not long after, he suddenly received a message from Director Ken, asking him to come to the director's office tomorrow.

A flash of surprise crossed Ren's eyes when he saw the sender, but he didn't overthink it. He shot back a quick reply and went back to playing on his phone.

At that moment, a heated discussion was dominating the internet. The topic was none other than Avant Heim, which Ren had brought over today. The colossal city floating in the sky had captured the attention of countless people.

In this era where everyone possessed superhuman abilities, many people had incredible far-sight. Even though it was night, Avant Heim's appearance had been widely noticed. At first, many assumed it was some sort of bizarre, giant bird.

However, those with true strength could see it clearly: it was a colossal beast, and it was carrying an entire city on its back. This discovery instantly caused a massive sensation online.

Countless people were speculating about what kind of city it was and whether it would be open to the public. In just a few minutes, it skyrocketed to the top of the trending searches. After all, this was a literal city in the sky!

How many people had fantasized about living in a sky city when they were kids? Now that such a city had actually appeared, it instantly drew the gaze of the masses, sparking incredibly fervent discussions across the web.

Looking at the flood of information, Ren couldn't help but start calculating. Although Avant Heim was a sky city, it wasn't actually all that large. If he had to estimate, it was at most the size of a prefecture-level city.

It could comfortably house a few hundred thousand people, but any more than that would be a tight squeeze. Furthermore, a large portion of the space was designated as the Flügel's own territory, with the rest taken up by public facilities and the like.

Opening it to the public was practically impossible. In other words, those eager netizens trying to scheme their way in could only drool from afar. After all, it was the territory of the Flügel. Even though they had changed somewhat, they would absolutely never allow random strangers to wander in freely.

Director Ken looking for him was probably about Avant Heim as well. After mulling it over, Ren made his decision on what to tell him tomorrow. He browsed the web for a little while longer before finally going to sleep.

While Ren was resting, Asuna's group was still hard at work. After a full day, they had more or less figured out the situation in this new world. Right now, Asuna was staring suspiciously at the two individuals in front of her.

"So, you're really a god? And you're an otherworlder?" Asuna eyed them with deep skepticism. Not long after their group had arrived in this world, they had bumped into these two. Upon seeing their modern clothing, these two half-starved individuals had practically lunged at them.

"That's right, I am a god! Do you want to worship me?" The aqua-haired girl looked at Asuna with a face full of expectation. Inwardly, she was absolutely shocked. She had never imagined that a whole group of people could transmigrate together.

There was definitely something unusual about this group, and they all seemed incredibly strong. If it was them, they might actually be able to defeat the Demon King, allowing her to return to the Heaven Realm early. Therefore, Aqua had decided to cling to their coattails!

Sticking with this group meant she wouldn't have to worry about food or drink—it was a win-win no matter how she looked at it. She was sick and tired of sleeping in stables. She wanted a soft, fluffy bed, and she wanted to eat like a queen. If these people would worship her and provide for her, that would be absolutely perfect.

Listening to her, Asuna gave the girl a weird look. She couldn't shake the feeling that this deity was more than a little sketchy. Without a second thought, she refused, "No thanks, I don't worship anyone. Besides, my boyfriend is a God Slayer!"

Hearing this, Aqua's face instantly went blank with shock. *What do you mean your boyfriend is a God Slayer?!* The declaration terrified her out of her wits. Was her boyfriend really that brutal?

*Never mind, never mind. Better not ask her to worship me,* Aqua thought. Otherwise, she was terrified that Asuna's boyfriend might just chop her to pieces. Just the thought of it made Aqua shudder uncontrollably.

Seeing the girl drop the idea, the corners of Asuna's mouth curled up slightly. She immediately continued, "Since you're a god, you must know a lot about this world, right? So, can you explain the situation to me?"

At that moment, Asuna was holding a card in her hand. She had already grasped some basic information about this world. It was actually quite similar to Hestia's world, where one could fight monsters to level up.

However, the way one learned skills in this world was fascinating. As long as you had skill points, you could easily learn any skill you wanted. For many slackers, this system was simply too comfortable.

But there seemed to be some restrictions. On the cards they had received, the skill sections were completely blank. They couldn't use these cards to pass on the magic or abilities they already possessed to others.

In other words, if they wanted to learn something new, they could only learn the skills native to this world. This was quite a pity. If this thing could be used to learn other people's skills... then no one would ever have to painstakingly study various abilities ever again.

She would have been able to learn all of Ren's high-difficulty skills! As for leveling up, that wasn't an issue at all, because their current levels were already quite high. It was a pleasant surprise, all things considered.

Glancing at the skill points on her card, Asuna formulated a plan. She turned her gaze to Aqua, deciding to thoroughly extract the specific details of this world from her first.

Unfortunately, Asuna's expectations were misplaced. Aqua was completely useless and had absolutely no idea about the specifics of this world. Asking her was worse than just gathering the information themselves!

Watching the goddess stammer and hesitate, Asuna fell into deep thought. *This god is more than a little useless...* Forget it, they would just have to rely on their own efforts. Still, Asuna did manage to pry a few useful tidbits out of her.

Simply put, this world was basically a hero's adventure game. Moreover, many of the otherworlders here had been plucked from ordinary worlds by the gods of this realm—and they were even gifted cheat abilities!

Learning this, the group exchanged glances. The power level of this world didn't seem very high, and the so-called cheats didn't appear to be as useful as their own innate abilities. Still, free stuff was always nice. Maybe they could figure out a way to get their hands on some later?

*If only Ren were here. He would absolutely squeeze this world dry!* Asuna thought with a face full of regret. It really was a shame.

Ren, of course, had no idea what Asuna was thinking. If he had known it was *this* specific world, he would have definitely rushed over to play around. After all, there were plenty of things worth researching there. Even though gods existed, their actual combat strength wasn't very high!

Meanwhile, Ren had long since fallen asleep. He slept soundly until dawn. After getting up and brushing his teeth, he headed straight for Director Ken's office.

Since he didn't have to attend class, walking through the campus and seeing the other upperclassmen gave Ren a rather refreshing feeling. After all, he was free while everyone else had to suffer through lectures. One could easily imagine how satisfying that felt.

"Isana-kun?" Just as Ren was amusedly watching the gloomy seniors trudge to their 8 AM classes, a voice called out to him. Hearing the familiar tone, Ren quickly guessed who it was.

Turning his head, he looked at Utaha Kasumigaoka, who was walking a short distance behind him in a white dress. Ren greeted her, "Ah, Senior, long time no see!!"

Utaha's eyes lit up the moment she saw him. She hurried over and greeted him, "It has been a while, Isana-kun. By the way, are you alone today? Where are Asuna and the others?"

Seeing him by himself, and recalling that Asuna's group hadn't replied to any messages since yesterday, she had a vague suspicion, but she still needed to ask.

"They went to another world for a mission. A new world connected to ours," Ren replied without hiding anything, laying the facts out plainly. Hearing this, Utaha immediately understood.

"I see. No wonder I couldn't reach anyone since yesterday. But you're not going?" Confirming that they had indeed gone to another world made Utaha even more curious as to why Ren was still here.

Ever since returning from the God Slayer world, she had kept in touch with the other students in Ren's class. However, none of them had told her about their movements. But when they all suddenly became unreachable, it didn't take a genius to figure out they had gone to another world.

"I had some other things to take care of, so I didn't go. Besides, the level of that world isn't very high~!" Ren shrugged, giving a casual explanation before continuing to walk forward.

Utaha fell into step beside him, chatting idly. *A low-level world?* If that was the case, they really didn't need Ren. Asuna and the others could handle it themselves. After all, Ren's strength was in a completely different league.

However, she was now a bit puzzled. Where was Ren going? It didn't look like he was heading to class. Did he have some sort of special mission on this side as well?
