Chapter 10 - Chapter 10

For the next period of time, Luo Feng was recruited early by the Limitless Martial Arts Academy as before. When Luo Feng moved, Yang Wu went along to take a look.

After witnessing the luxury of the detached villas in Mingyue Community, Yang Wu had a fleeting thought of showing off his strength.

Fortunately, Yang Wu restrained himself; it was only a month.

Thus, Yang Wu began to continuously hone his physical strength. After a month, Yang Wu finally gained a preliminary grasp of the warrior-level power within his body.

The time arrived at July 31st.

Late that night, the bright moon hung high in the night sky, and the stars shone brightly.

The Lanta Community was quiet; everyone was resting. However, in a room on the 26th floor of a building, Yang Wu, who had been lying in bed, suddenly sat up.

"The simulator time has finally arrived!" Yang Wu took a deep breath excitedly. "Whether I can make a name for myself tomorrow depends on the results of this simulation!"

At midnight, the simulation count on the simulator refreshed.

"Current simulation count: 1 time. Start simulating life immediately?"

"Yes!" Yang Wu immediately ordered in his mind.

Immediately, another line of text appeared on the simulator panel in front of Yang Wu.

"The characters in The Sims are created by the simulator itself, and their memories differ from the host's. Please operate with caution."

"Please select the personality of your Sim." "

  1. Steady; 2. Greedy; 3. Brave."

"Why are the options different from last time? And what's with this 'Greedy'?"

Looking at the three options, Yang Wu was somewhat bewildered. The options had changed, but was there any need for 'Greedy'? Surely no one would choose this.

After first rejecting the 'greed' option, Yang Wu hesitated between prudence and courage.

Logically, Yang Wu wanted to choose prudence. This prudence personality shouldn't be too different from the cautious personality in the previous simulation.

However, in the last simulation, the cautious Yang Wu didn't choose to go to the wilderness area, and now Yang Wu wanted to improve his combat experience as much as possible, so naturally, he couldn't choose that option.

After much deliberation, Yang Wu finally chose the courageous personality.

Next, a large amount of text appeared on the simulator panel:

[At 24 years old, you passed the quasi-martial artist combat assessment and became a true martial artist. In the combat assessment, you demonstrated your beginner-level warrior-level physical qualities. After confirming that you did not use any items to enhance your physical qualities, you were recruited by two major martial arts schools, the HR Alliance, and the Chinese military. After careful consideration, you chose the most powerful military in the country, the Chinese military, becoming a member of a special military team with the rank of major.]

[After joining the army, you followed your special team into and out of the wilderness area many times to carry out special missions, and your combat experience improved rapidly.] [

At 25, having already reached the intermediate-level combat general rank, you survived a life-or-death crisis in the wilderness thanks to your mastery of marksmanship. Meanwhile, because your friend Luo Feng suddenly became the inspector of the Jiangnan base city of the Limitless Martial Arts Academy, after learning of your relationship with Luo Feng, you were transferred to the Southeast Military Region to become the captain of Luo Feng's personal guard.]

[With Luo Feng's help, your strength rapidly increased.]

[At 26, your physical attributes reached the advanced-level combat general rank, and your movement techniques also improved significantly. However, your friend Luo Feng seemingly perished after entering an ancient civilization ruin. Subsequently, you were transferred by your superiors to become the captain of a special martial arts squad.]

[After the Limitless Martial Arts Academy announced Luo Feng's death, Luo Feng's family suffered retaliation from a high-level war god, 'Vulture' Li Yao. Luo Feng's younger brother, Luo Hua, sought your help, so you asked your friends in the military to take care of him.]

[You suddenly receive a special mission requiring you to go to the wilderness. While leading your special martial arts squad, you encounter a mysterious war god clad in a jet-black combat suit. To cover your teammates' escape, you are killed with a single strike.]

  ...

  Dead again?

After reading this, Yang Wu began to doubt whether he should have befriended Luo Feng.

He was trying to latch onto a powerful figure, but not only did he fail, he was also killed.

Without a doubt, the war god in the jet-black combat suit appearing at the end of the simulator was none other than 'Vulture' Li Yao in his Black God suit.

Yang Wu truly hadn't expected to die even faster this time!

However, he did gain something. His physical attributes reached the level of a high-ranking general, and his marksmanship and movement techniques improved significantly. His marksmanship, in particular, even reached the expert level.

"Life-or-death battles are the easiest way to break through!"

Looking at his simulator self, whose marksmanship had reached the expert level under a life-or-death crisis, Yang Wu sighed.

[Simulation ended. You can choose one of the following rewards.]

[One, Martial arts cultivation at age 26.]

[Second, Martial Arts Insights at Age 26.] [

Third, Life Experiences in the Simulation.]

  "I choose second!"

Although the physical attributes of a high-level warrior were tempting, Yang Wu definitely wouldn't choose that.

Yang Wu was currently like a child holding a weapon; even with the physical attributes of a high-level warrior, it would only mean a sharper weapon. If he couldn't master that power, he wouldn't be able to unleash much of his strength.

The moment Yang Wu made his choice, countless combat experiences and techniques flashed through his mind.

All the spear techniques and movement skills he had practiced before were now fully integrated and had reached an incredible level.

"Unfortunately, my movement skills are still a little short of reaching the microscopic level, and I haven't learned any power generation techniques in the simulator!"

Feeling the various martial arts insights he had received, Yang Wu felt a slight regret.

In countless combat memories, Yang Wu had once bought an A-grade manual in the simulator to practice power generation techniques, but he hadn't succeeded.

"However, even if I learn the techniques for generating power, I can't show them off right now."

Martial artists value the ownership of their manuals very highly.

If Yang Wu couldn't use the techniques from a manual without purchasing it in reality, he would be arrested by several powerful forces if discovered, because it would involve plagiarism, disseminating the manual, and infringing on the original author's rights.

"Once I sign a contract with the martial arts school, I must buy a powerful manual so I can practice it during simulations," Yang Wu thought to himself.
