After reading the contents of the notification, Lucian immediately looked at his master and saw her struggling to get onto her feet while the Minotaur closed in on her.
He immediately clicked the "yes" option to accept the quest without thinking twice.
He used his appraisal feature to immediately appraise the monster.

"Sh*t" Lucian cursed internally as soon as information about the Minotaur appeared infront of him.
A rank seven monster was not an opponent to joke with. On a normal day, it would take at least an SSR Ranked master or a Grandmaster to defeat a common rank seven monster not to talk of an overlord.
Lucian didn't know if his master was strong enough to defeat it, but he knew that it would take an all out battle to if her rank was on par or anything less.
Since he also couldn't use his newest skill, "call of the wind", he needed to find another solution.
"Can you help Nexus?"

Lucian didn't comment after reading the system's reply.
He unsummoned his two daggers and summoned his bow and arrows.
He made a quick run in the direction of the intense battle, and aimed at the head of the Minotaur who had almost closed in on Greya with a club in hand.
"I'm here master" he fired two consecutive shots at the Minotaur which easily bounced off its body without leaving a single scratch.
But that was okay. His only intention was to get the monsters attention and he successfully did that.
"Ooh you're also a hero. A human and a hero in one, even better" The Minotaur said, walking towards Lucian as though he was only about to kill an ant, fully neglecting Freya.
"You think so? Then come get me" Lucian said and fired another two arrows, this time, aiming for the monster's head.
The Minotaur who went by the name Ekgred easily swatted the arrows away even before they could make contact with his body.
He continuously fired at the monster moving at a fast place from on point to the other. His main aim was to distract the monster and allow his master to recover her strength.
"You puny human dare to play with me?"
Getting annoyed by the boy's use of hit and run tactics, the Minotaur firmly gripped its giant spine club and locked onto the boy charging in his direction with his club ready to go for the hit.
As a last desperate measure, the boy fired continuously at the monster hoping to get a good hit but the arrows only kept bouncing off its body without even leaving a scratch.
The Minotaur closed the distance between them, raised his spine club and went for a full powered hit at the boy.
Or at least that was what it thought.
Before the club could cross the distance between the Minotaur and the boy, a powerful explosion reverberated in the surroundings sending the Minotaur flying into the woods.
