Regardless of Bohemia's own wishes, Lin Sanjiu eventually managed to drag her out of the room. She had learned her lesson, at least; she specifically asked Silas for a baseball cap, and only after pulling the brim down low was she willing to sit down in the dining hall with Lin Sanjiu and Silvan.
"Here's what I'm thinking,"
As Silas brought out a variety of dishes for them, course by course, Lin Sanjiu spoke up while toying with her wine glass. She had guessed that Silvan and Bohemia's eating habits were probably similar to those of Westerners from their homeworlds, so she had prepared a Western-style meal. She paused, weighed her words, then got straight to the point. "I hope we can form an alliance to watch out for one another."
"Oh?" Silvan uttered just one word, his tone encouraging her to continue.
"...I'm so tired."
